Welcome to Cinnamon Beach 353 overlooking the 8th hole of Jack Nicklaus designed Hammock Beach Golf Course and the Atlantic Ocean! This beautifully maintained and recently redecorated 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium has luxurious and comfortable wicker chairs and couches on the deck to allow you to take in the beauty of the ocean while relaxing. The outdoor dining room set allows you to have your meals on the patio and spend as much time outside enjoying the oceanfront view as possible. In fact, put on your bathrobe, found in the closet, and take your morning coffee out to the deck. Watch some golfers and the ocean as you enjoy your coffee made in our Keurig.

Each bedroom has the finest linens, bedspreads, and pillows to make you feel pampered as you rest. If you would like to enjoy a little TV while in bed or want to have the "little ones" watching kid’s programs, each room is equipped with a Smart TV that streams all your favorites such as Netflix, Hulu, VUDU, Amazon Prime, Pandora, Disney+, Peacock and all the other popular streaming services.

The kitchen is equipped with all the same cooking tools you have at home. Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils, flatware service (8+), plates/bowls/glasses service (8+), pots and pans, cookie sheets, broiling pans, mixing bowls, hand mixer and so much more.

We also manage Units 352 (right next door) and 355 all on the same floor for extended family and friends. The boardwalk only a 30 second walk from this unit, you will have your toes in the sand in no time!

"Cabana 353
This is our second visit to cinnamon beach and we love it here! This year we were blessed to see some dolphins off shore when playing at the beach as well as some sea turtles poking their heads out of the water. Our unit was great and the view gorgeous, we loved setting on the balcony and being able to see the ocean from the couch in the living room. The only issue I had was the stovetop elements not heating well and dinner taking forever to get cooked but that was a minor inconvenience and I am sure most visitors eat out way more than they cook. Overall we give 5 stars and are already discussing our trip back to cinnamon beach next year! "

"Beautiful view
The views from room are great and the community was pretty private. The only issues we ran into (two things I wish we would’ve known ahead of time) were the facts that we could not swim at the beach due to the rocks all along the shoreline and that there is also no fishing at any location in the community (beach included). The amenities were great and the whole are has beautiful surroundings! Overall, if you don’t mind driving to nearby beaches to swim and fish and want incredible views, this rental is ideal for you!!!"

"Relaxation Plus!
From the moment you walk into this condo and see the view, you can breathe and relax. Wonderfully appointed, very clean, and phenomenal relaxing view. Steps away from the beach, quiet pool was awesome, but kids area across street was great if I had my grandkids. More importantly is the Management company at Cinnomon Beach vacations is just on top of things. Highly recommended and will be back!"

"Pleasant stay
My family and I enjoyed a lot our stay. The condo is so well decorated. We had a problem with the grinder. The next day, the problem was solved very quickly. Very good services. I have to say that I was surprise that there were no salt, no pepper and spices: the basic. I would recommand new mattresses in each bedroom. For example, in the master suite there is a whole in the middle. Overall we recommand this condo. The view is so incredible. We ate all the time outside on the big balcony. For sure, we Will be back."

"Best Location in Cinnamon Beach!
We had a wonderful 2 weeks at the Cinnamon Beach Cabana. The building is the perfect spot, with a great view of the ocean and overlooking the golf course. We spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the view. The condo was well stocked, we had everything we needed during our stay - kitchen dishes and pans, extra towels and sheets. We were very close to the beach and were able to run out to view several launches from the walkway. The fans in all 3 bedrooms and a king-sized bed in the master were hard to find luxuries. Communication was great with all our questions answered quickly. I would definitely recommend this unit for your next stay!"

The condo had everything required to make our vacation very comfortable. The complex and condo clean and updated. Not a fan of the Cable and TV process that seems to be within the complex system.

Beautiful apartment, great view. Amazing time!
The beach is a bit rocky and also it is a quiet area (which is what we wanted) not a “party scene”. Restaurants are not walking distance which was fine with us. Would definitely return. This is truly a place to kick back and relax. The oversized balcony was perfect for dinners/ breakfast and just sitting back. "

"Relaxed and Comfortable
My family normally stays down the road in Flagler Beach (40+ years). Our normal vacation spot was no longer available so we decided to try Cinnamon Beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and felt cozy from the moment you walked in. Great views of the golf course and the ocean. I spent many mornings on the patio enjoying coffee and breakfast and a book. The beach does have natural reef/rocks so it was not as conducive to playing in the waves like in Flagler Beach. The beach is also more crowded than the beaches at Flagler. If Flagler Beach is not availble for us for next year, I would consider staying here again."

"Wonderful Relaxing Family Trip!
We loved our stay at Cinnamon Beach and had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and as described. My only issue was that the master tub faucet had been broken off, but was still functional so did not hinder us. Another thing that I need to mention is that the pool area is very far from the condo which was fine for us because we spent the majority of our stay on the beach but I think it should have been mentioned in the description because when we arrived we initially couldn't find the pools. Overall it was a beautiful very natural beach and we loved watching the doliphins in the mornings and even got to see a mama sea turtle walking up the beach to lay her eggs on one of our night walks! We also enjoyed being able to collect shells as we usually go to the Gulf Coast and don't get to do that. The complex was beautiful and a great enviornment to vacation in. I would definately stay here again and reccommend Cinnamon Beach to family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

Master bath drain plug works but disconnected. Loved condo #351,splash pool area, and area all around condos. Flagler Beach had great seafood. "Great condo but cheap & old furnishing.
The furnishing, kitchen ware and electronics were very used and not up to standard for a $2k / week condo. On the 2nd day, had to run out to a local dept store and purchase new sheets, pillows and blankets. The living room seating arrangement consisted of an old and tired couch and a single chair! There are three TVs in the unit. All three are old 19" CRTTube TV. Great condo but cheap, old and tired furnishings. "

Was a hole in ceiling of master bath from previous leak. Had to use second bath for 5 days, fixed. Dryer on last leg, tv's outdated, no broom or mop, dishwasher leaks, coffee pot has loud humming sound, uncomfortable furniture. That being said, the location was great, enjoyed the complex. This unit could use some updating."
