After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"Surf Club 1603
Location of Surf Club is just what we were looking for. We had stayed in Surf Club 1 before. Cinnamon management was spectacular, responding quickly to all our needs. The biggest flaw to unit 1603, was that it faced NE, therefore we never got the sun, morning or afternoon. Because of this, I cannot recommend this particular unit."

"A BIG DISSAPOINTMENT!!
We sent a email to Cinnamon Beach Vacations and did not receive a response for 4 days. By then we were packing to leave 2 days early. Will never book this place again!! Very dirty, mold, dirty sheets, dirty dishes, used toiletries in drawers, no response from management for days when complained.Very poor management!! Not worth the money!!! Did not offer to resolve problem until we were leaving. Only offered to send a cleaning service!! Never Again!!!"

"Great Ocean Views!
The view of the ocean was beautiful, direction of condo and position of sun in Feb prevented seeing the sun rise unless you lean over the balcony. Sunset off of front of building was beautiful. Furnishings were older and tired looking. Both beds were very firm and uncomfortable . Neither balcony screen worked. Bedroom screen would fall off the track so never used that door. Living room screen was hard to open and close (even after maintenance look at it) so it let in bugs. Half of cookware was unsafe to use due to non-stick coating peeling off. Management and maintenance staff were wonderful. Price was high for overall condition of the unit."

"What a view!
We have been coming to the Palm Coast area for 10 years, staying at a beach resort. We've driven by Surf Club and thought it would be a great place to live. This was the first time in 10 years that we had a patio where we could watch the sunrise and have an everyday view of the ocean. We love it.

The pool was nice. As others have mentioned the beach is not really one for swimming or small children because of the natural rock that lines the coast. It is a great place to walk, above the rocks at high tide and on the other side of the rocks at low tide.

The location is near many beautiful public beaches. There is an option to fish in the intracoastal at the Boat Club which I think would be great on another trip . . . or if you lived there.

The pool was nice, but is more of an adult pool. I think there is another pool more for children, but we didn't visit.

The unit itself wasn't fancy, but comfortable and clean. As someone mentioned the bathroom counters are low, which was kind of weird, but the showers, lights, etc. were fine. There were extra towels and sheets which was nice.

The Cinnamon Beach Vacations staff was very attentive and helpful. Maintenance was helpful.

Overall, I loved this place and would stay there again."

"Just OK - Beach is VERY rocky
The condo was ok - could use some updating, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The master shower head was so low, my husband had to bend down. Screens on both sliding doors came off during our stay. There was construction going on throughout our entire stay. The beach had rocks all over it and was dangerous for our young boys. We had to drive a few miles to go to the beach every day. The community is a scene out of Cocoon - not an ideal place for our young family. Will not return. "
