Everyone calls this condo "High Tide", and has the best vacations here.

This premier 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor, making it convenient for you to take the stairs or have short travel times in the elevators. Your luxurious master suite boasts a comfy king size bed, closet, smart TV, and a spacious private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Your second master is on the opposite side of the condo and offers a queen bed, their own closet, smart TV, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Dine in or bring home the leftovers and entertain in the open-style kitchen where you'll find granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The dining room table comfortably seats 6. Your living room has a huge flat screen TV, cozy seating, and the most beautiful beach views. A full size washer and dryer are available to you in the vacation home.

(Property Management) Cancellation Policy

**Our private homes have different Payment and Cancellation Terms than our standard agreement lists below. Contact (Property Management) before booking for more information.**

a. For guests staying less than 25 nights: Cancellation requests received more than 36 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 35 - 22 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments.

b. For guests staying 25 nights or longer: Cancellation requests received more than 150 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 5% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests received between 149 - 121 days prior to arrival will result in a refund to the Guest of all prepayments minus 50% of the Total Booking Charges as a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 120 days prior to arrival will result in a full forfeiture of payments. Should the property be re-booked for any portion of the Guest's cancelled dates, the Manager will refund the Guest for the amount the Manager was able to re-book. This option is available only for guests staying 25 nights or longer.

c. Cancellation requests must be received from the Guest via written method (email is an acceptable form of written communication). The (Property Management) Team will review your cancellation request and respond with the final acceptance/denial information. Should the Guest not receive a reply email within 48 hours, please re-send your initial request as soon as possible.

d. If the Guest elects to not protect their vacation investments by purchasing travel insurance coverage, please understand that no refunds will be given under any circumstances, except for the instances as stated above.

"Great Escape!
We recently stayed here and wanted a place that we could enjoy with our 6 month old. We wanted to have enough space for the travel crib and other luggage without feeling crammed. This was the perfect location! Not only was there plenty of room but we were also able to relax and enjoy the private pool and beach. We loved that it was a short walking distance especially with all of the extra equipment we had in hand for our little one. Waking up to the view of the water wasn’t so bad either. Everything was as it appeared and was beautifully maintained. The Breathe Easy team made the whole process of booking, checking in and out a breeze and went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. "Great stay
Very spacious unit it was nice and relaxing and a great location. The place looked decently clean but hair (from previous guest) was in a lot of places like shower wall and cieling in the bathroom, in the
Master bed and on lampshade and even in the fridge maybe the cleaning person used the same cloth for the fridge and spread it in there. For such a luxurious unit the cleaning should be 5 star always. Customer service was absolutely excellent. Overall good stay though."
