Madeira Norte #406 is a recently updated 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath with Beach View balcony. Flat screen televisions with cable in the living room and the master bedroom. Laminate flooring in kitchen, dining area and living room. King bed in master bedroom and two single beds in guest bedroom. Free High-Speed Internet. Washer/Dryer. Onsite management office next door by SunHost. Free Wifi. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions. There is no phone in this condo.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

As a (Property Management) managed unit, this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

ALL cancellation requests must be received in WRITING via email, fax or letter. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Trip Insurance, Non Cash Disount Fees, Certain Service Fees and Condo Approval Fees are not refundable.

Upon written notice at least 30 days prior to the Rental Period, the prepayment less an $85 fee shall be returned for cancellation.

Thereafter, there are no refunds in the unfortunate event of a cancellation prior to the Rental Period. Changes to reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Refunds are not given for unmet expectations, weather, natural disaster, evacuation, personal, or other related reasons. The Management Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

"Sufficient not great
I was not informed that a major renovation project was underway at an adjoining unit. Extremely annoying! I expected to find at least 2 beach towels at a beach rental, I would be wrong. Who packs beach towels in their suitcase for a stay of any length space in luggage is critical. The unit was in decent shape but had definite quirks! The dishwasher door only opens at a 45 degree angle due to the refry placement. Although it looked clean our feet were black after walking barefoot in the unit. Location is good, adjacent to Johns Pass, price was affordable.3"

This rental is exactly as pictured. Comfortable furniture throughout including beds. Location is ideal due to being gulffront and across street from John’s Pass. Would’ve been better had there been beach chairs and an umbrella which we donated at the end of our stay. "

Condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. It is directly across from John's Pass which made walking every where easy. Pool area was nice and the pool was heated. Condo on the beach is a big advantage. We would rent again. "

"Madeira Norte #406 - Jan 2 thru Feb 6, 2021
Love staying in the Norte. Location is perfect for us, directly across the street from John's Pass, which has plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment options. The unit (406) has an open kitchen, but the remodeled layout wasn't very well thoughtout. You can't open the dishwasher door to pull the bottom rack out without opening the refrigerated door first (to allow the D/W door to fully open). The refrigerated doesn't have an ice maker, but ice trays were available. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked either. We actually had to buy some serving bowls to accommodate meals. The bed on the master bedroom is super soft, and pretty well worn in. It was like sleeping in a half filled waterbed. The living room furniture (sleeper sofa and loveseat) are fairly new and very comfortable, but otherwise a little spartan in the decor. Could use a chair to aid seating. Master BR only has half bath access. The full bath access is off the main living area (a little inconvient for showering, especially for the womenfolk). The stovetop was pretty much abbused buy prior renters (to some real elbow grease and glass top polish to clean up prior to use, same for the coffeemaker). Unit also needed a deep cleaning (which we did ourselves, by the time we left the cleaning crew only needed to change the sheets; it was 400% cleaner when we left than when we checked in). But all in all we still enjoyed our stay. Renters just need to treat other people property better."

"Our fall vacation week
A family fall break vacation was scheduled and we stayed October 17 through the 24th on arriving to the Madera Norte number 406 we went in and went straight to put on our swimsuits and head to the beach.... that was at approximately 1o’clock... Grateful and greeted by friendly smiles and faces to go to our room. Upon arriving we got into the room i felt sand on the floors immediately ... i thought I’ll sweep when I get back so we changed into our suits quickly and went straight to the beach locked the door and thought I’ll put everything away when we get back. We got back a little after 5 o’clock and I understand the maintenance had already closed so we called and left a message that our bath/shower drain would not drain in the bathroom standing ankle deep in shower water . Maintenance came the next day and told us there were Q-tips in the drain ....we obviously just got in there and did not put them there and called because it would not drain. The maintenance man then said “that’s what everyone says” our ice maker also was not working or making any ice ... he stuck his hand in the drain and then NOT washing his hands stuck his hands in the ice maker.( no gloves during Covid) (no mask either) ... I was shocked and the ice maker never made 1 cube the entire week. I then started cleaning everything he touched . Upon putting the rest of our groceries and clothes away we noticed the floor in the 2 Twin bed room ... it was as if something was spilled and not cleaned ... then the
Bed skirts were covered in splatter as if puked on it smelled in that room ... called again talked to Dawn greeted nicely and I was asked to remove them and sit them by the door. They brought me 2 ice cube trays and picked them up. There was no broom or dust pan in the room and the room was very sandy after showering and having a pair of socks on Saturday night the bottoms of my white socks were filthy dirty. We spent 1/2 a day Sunday cleanin"

"Great location!
This condo unit was absolutely beautiful. Verytastefully decorated. Well thought out. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to stay and cook for our 4 week vacation. The best location being across from John's Pass. Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Loved every minute and did not want to leave."
