This beachfront home has three bedrooms, and two baths. The master suite has a king bed and private bath. Anotherbedroom has a queen bed, and the third has 2 twin beds. In the kitchen/dining area there is a wood-burning fireplace (bring own wood or firelogs) and a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, microwave, and toaster. The family room has another fireplace and game table. Amenities include Satellite TV, ceiling fans, window A/C units, a large ocean side patio with furniture, gas - barbecue, . Sheets and towels provided. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June and October and all Holidays.

"Nice view, sub-par amenities.
We always love working with oceano rentals, unfortunately this house was far below our expectations. Thankfully we thought ahead and brought our electric skillet because the stove was unplugged and removed from the wall, the dishwasher was unplugged or turned off somewhere that we could not find so we had to improvise. The refrigerator struggled to keep anything cool so we had to keep milk and eggs in our cooler. We had to make three trips to the office and finally one phone call to get propane for the barbecue grill. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean and we had clean towels. We did see mice or rats in the house but thankfully it wasn’t until the last morning otherwise we would’ve left the house sooner. We will definitely return to Las Conchas but we will never stay in this house again."

"Nice House, Poor Service
I had numerous issues with the house, had numerous phone calls and even went down to the office to have them addressed. I was told to email them, once I did they essentially said “well, we fixed them when you were here so we can’t do anything for you”. It was blatantly clear that management cared nothing about my satisfaction, only the money I spent (after I spent it). On the website it clearly states “internet access”, which is a lie. My fridge did not work for the first day and propane ran out of the grill the first night. I had to call multiple times to get these fixed (they had to send two people for the fridge and they initially forgot about the propane). The TV did not work (they later claimed it did, however, that is also a lie). They do not provide paper towels which I find remarkably stupid since I could have used those to clean the house while we were there (I do have children and I don’t want them running around in a mess). I understand that certain things happen, however, it was the manner in how it was addressed by Oceano (Geo). First, my initial email went unanswered until I sent a follow up the next day. From there it was “we’ll look into it” and then “we fixed it while you were here so we basically don’t care”. In all honestly, I was looking for an apology as I expressed numerous times I did not get what I paid for. I do not care if my issues were fixed while I was there, the point is that I should not have had this many issues to begin with, and, once these issues were brought up, an acknowledgment and apology would have gone a long way. I will not be renting from Oceano anymore. I have saved the email chain if anybody there actually cares about following up. "

"Wonderful "low profile" house on the beach
We've been staying in Las Conchas for many years but this was our first time at Casita de Carolina. We were very pleased with the state of the house when we arrived- it was very clean. The kitchen (and even bathrooms) were well stocked with the basics for cooking, nice dishes, extra sunscreen, first aid supplies, etc. I would recommend bringing toilet paper and paper towels if you are staying for more than a couple of days. We thought the beds to be comfortable and loved how each bedroom opened up to the patio facing the ocean! We also loved how the house was set back off the beach just enough to feel very private and out of the main path of the vendors. We do try and support the locals, but nice to have the privacy as well. The only thing that was a (very brief) bummer was that the grill ran out of propane half way through one of our dinners! We filled it the next day. Overall, the house was very bright, lots of room, and it stayed very cool during the warm afternoons. We would like to stay there again and yes, we would recommend this place to friends! We were sad to leave the beach!"

"Great Escape
The house was nice and cool. Very private hung out on the beach during the day and on the patio in the evening. Everything in the house was in functioning order. I read reviews and the only concern was there was no broom to sweep up the sand, so I took one with me, that was the only thing missing, so I left it for the next guest. Overall my stay was great and I will return again and will used Oceano rentals."

The house was clean and had a nice set up. Overall it was a good house. A couple of things we didn't like were the main bathroom toilet leaked and there was no broom & dust pan to sweep up the sand. "

"July getaway
The house is lovely, and the kitchen is well equipped. The refrigerator has exposed metal on the door and gave us electrical shocks several times. There was no broom and dustpan, which would have been nice to sweep up the sand. "

"Thanksgiving 2014
We had a lovely stay. The only problems were the mattresses were uncomfortable and VERY hard, the lack of wifi was a problem, and there was no outside furniture for us to sit on to enjoy the beautiful views. The CD player didn't work either, so with no wifi and no CD player, there was no way to enjoy any music. We never turned on the TV, but it is small and very old."
