Location was great. Unit needs some TLC - safety bars are definitely needed in the bathroom; kitchen faucet needs replaced; additional hooks would be very handy in master bedroom (very small closet)."

"Indian Shores
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Very family friendly,nice pool, directly on the beach (rental beach chairs were a lifesaver for my fair Irish family). Convenience store, surf shop, coffee and such are all within walking distance. Some restaurants are within walking distance but we drove to most of the places we enjoy.

My only complaint, and it wasn't a huge issue, was the cleanliness of the condo. No offense but it just felt sticky. I realize this is Florida and the humidity level is high but the condo could use a good deep clean. The floors felt like they hadn't been swept when we arrived and please invest in some nice trash bags. We finally broke down and bought our own and hopefully the next guest will enjoy them instead of the paper thin clear bags that just didn't work.

Indian Shores is very quiet compared to St. Petes and Treasure Island so if you're looking to visit and stay away from the busy area, then this is the place for you. Hope you enjoy your stay because we certainly did!"

"Lovely Place To Stay
My husband and I had an enjoyable stay at this property. The entire property is very clean. Nice pool, jacuzzi, and if you would like two outdoor grills. Our room was decorated nicely, our King size bed was very comfortable. We did not use the other bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated the quality because I one time stayed at a place that had such cheap stuff I had to buy a knife to be able to cut my watermelon.
The only thing we would have appreciated was beach towels in the room, we had to go out and buy some because with limited space we did not want to pack them.
There is a very good washer and dryer in the room.
Indian Shores has a plethora of very good restaurants. We especially enjoyed Villa Galacce, Cafe Largo, Aloha to Go, Guppys, and Crabby Bills
Indian Shores is a quiet, low key area with a beautiful beach. You can rent a chair and umbrella for a day or week directly in front of this condo.
This beach is great for walking, I am very into shelling and found quite a few shells and even a gorgeous Tulip!
Quite a few people surf fish, I'd definitely like to give it a try next time I come.

"A little piece of Heaven on Earth
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is well furnished. Beautiful view and very convenient to pool and beach. The only negative is the sofa and loveseat are very dirty. Beautiful and comfortable but being white it shows how dirty fabric gets with heavy use. The master bedroom comforter did not look like it had been washed. But all the positives out weigh the negatives and I would stay again."

"Christmas condo
We enjoyed our stay, we had a few problems the heat would not work when we got there but was fixed the next day, the ceiling fans in both guest bedrooms did not work, had a small leak under the master bathrooms sink we put a towel under it to keep it from getting the cabinet wet. Overall we like the condo, but just a few issues other, we would be willing to rent again in the future."

"Perfection!
We have just had the pleasure of our third stay at this impeccable home away from home. The location is wonderful- a nice blend of restaurants, activities ,incredible beach and stunning sunsets to be viewed from the balcony each evening. The unit itself is in pristine condition- so invitingly decorated! The bedding and towels are of the highest quality.The kitchen is equipped better than my home kitchen-anything that you might need, you will find here already! Having the in- unit washer and dryer is very handy for a longer stay. It is a perfect set up for a multi-generation family vacation. I highly recommend this outstanding property and have, in fact, rebooked for next year! That's how much we love it!"

Great experience! Lovely weather and great condo. Management issues: Only one elevator working for the first 48 hours and then again for another 12 hour period later in the week. Only one grill worked!"

We booked a 7 day stay at Sandcastle 11 # 2603 for the week of Christmas.
We loved the oceanfront condo!
The pictures are exactly what we got.From the moment we step in the door ,we were very impressed on how clean it was!We loved the whole condo. It had nice big washer & dryer for the unit. Every bedroom was perfect, my only suggestion would be add 2 hooks near the shower door in the master bathroom ,

otherwise everything was perfect.
We loved being out on the porch & seeing the ocean.
I would recommend this unit to everyone! A++++ rating "
