This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. "Luana
The Luana is a great location to stay. Walking distance to every thing. The condo we stayed in was a bit worn. Tile on the floor had holes in them. We had to fix the toilet it kept running. The shower in guest room needs repairing almost came out of the wall. The roll away bed had a leg missing . We were informed of this . You would think they would fix this."

"No response from the Property Manager!
When we arrived at the airport and called the Property Manager, they were supposed to tell us if our early check-in was possible.We called the property manager several times, but there was no response, and when we finally got a response, it was after we had given up on checking into the hotel and moved to another place.The day after we checked in, the toilet in one of the rooms kept flushing, and we called the property manager several times in trouble, but there was no response for days, and we eventually gave up using the toilet.Other than that, it was a good place. I think it's wrong that we're staying in a suite and there's no response to our important emails."

"Paradise
The place was absolutely amazing! I loved all of the art pieces! It seemed like I noticed something new and cool every day.

I must say that this place is set as far as appliances, dishware, and bedding. No complaints there! It took us awhile to figure out the lighting controls but maybe that was just our user error!

We also felt that the location was perfect. It was just far enough off the main drag yet not too far to walk to restaurants and the beaches.

In summary, it was a great place and we are definitely planning to come back!"

"Wonderful place to stay!
The condo is spacious, clean and full of interesting decor! The Lanai overlooking the park is as lovely as it looks in the pictures. It is fun to be in a larger hotel yet have your own VIP space. the neighborhood is prime - just on the edge of the main shopping district and a short walk to beach. My only concern is that the "link" to M200 is not safe - the door the outside doesn't lock. So we couldn't really use the two units as one."

"Beautiful condo in Waikiki
I’ve visited Honolulu several times and this Airbnb was one of the best. It actually feels larger than the pictures. 7 guys stayed here, comfortably. The décor inside is interesting as well.
The location is great - 10 min walk from downtown Waikiki and to the beach. There’s an ABC Store right across the street.
It also comes with a dedicated parking spot which is a huge plus.
The host was amazing was only a text away when we had any questions/needs.

"Great location but with some minuses
You have to take the trash out to the back of the hotel and the elevator doesn’t support your floor properly so you end up walking out the front and around the building. Floor tiles are broken and covered with area rugs which were too slippery for our toddler to navigate so we walked carefully on the broken tiles. We were kicked out of the parking slot given to us, with a nasty note on the windshield, and had to hunt for an open spot several times. Low level floor with birds in the trees that start chirping about 4AM each morning. Dryer takes a few hours to get clothes dry; may not be properly vented to the outside. "

"More space than we needed plus a fabulous lanai
We loved the privacy of being next to the park but right near the heart of Waikiki. So much was walkable and with the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella, made the time outside perfect.

I was glad we had older kids with us as the condo has quite the art collection and fancy dishes and wouldn't be as family functional with smaller children. I enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning."

This property was good, well appointed with everything one would need. Clean, spacious, artistic, pleasant to has a great lani and peaceful surrounding. My main issue was the strong smell of sewage coming from the drains, mainly in the advised that the plants in photo's have been removed. but was resolved. Would stay again if the sewage smell was fixed."

"Stunning Decor - Great Location!
This gorgeous apartment with the fabulous location far exceeded our expectations. I was joined by my mother, father and sister and we all were delighted with the stunning decor. It looks even better in person than in the photo. The bedroom with the king bed does not have any sound barrier between it and the living area. That's a challenge if you want to sleep and others are up. The smaller bedroom does have a regular door that closes. The restaurant at the front entrance is spectacular - gourmet local cuisine!"

"Wonderful
Tastefully decorated property, fully equipped kitchen, excellent location - right in the middle of Waikiki, yet overlooking a park, so it feels a lot more "wild" than being in a concrete jungle. The property is on a mezzanine floor, just underneath the hotel swimming pool, so one of the bedrooms has a "brown noise" of the swimming pool system that can be heard , however this is not bothersome. There were some noisy works in the hotel for 2 days of our stay and Captain Cook was happy to refund us 50% of the daily rate for those days, which was appreciated. Overall, top quality service from them and a well recommended property."

We took this rental to attend a wedding - 4 adults and 1 toddler. It far surpassed our expectations in terms of the standard of amenities and furnishings and for us is in an ideal location - easy walking distance of restaurants and shops of downtown Waikiki as well as pleasant and slightly quieter Fort de Russy park and beach. "A wonderful stay in an amazing apartment
We had a wonderful stay in Luana M100. The apartment was huge, with a huge balcony as well. It was very clean and very well equipped throughout - a real upmarket home away from home! The laundry was an added bonus! We made great use of the balcony to relax - we had family and friends staying in other parts of the hotel, and the balcony was a great meeting place to plan or discuss the days outings. Although no ocean views, this was more than compensated for by the lovely park views (together with the size of the apartment itself!) - and it was nice to have a mezzanine level when there was a 21 month old child in our group. The swimming pool, though not huge, was lovely and we often had it to ourselves. The happy hour every Mon,Wed and Fri was an added bonus and great fun. The hotel is situated just before the main drag of Waikiki - perfect if you don't always want to be in the busy centre. And just a 5 min walk through a lovely park to the beach. James, our contact for the apartment, was extremely helpful and on hand quickly if needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends (and already have some interested now). If we return to Waikiki I would definitely want to stay here!"

"Wonderful stay at Oahu
We stayed at the Oahu island for a family vacation for 5 nights. Needing a spacious place for small grandson and being close to Waikiki and downtown activities, we found the property at Luana very strategically convenient to what we want. The property is clean, well decorated and the nice spacious lanai is a big plus for family gathering. Property staff was onsite, helpful and courteous and provided instruction on facilities. Most of facilities are well maintained, but drier did not work well, clothes not dry after 4 cycles of drying; we had to take them out to do so in near-by cleaner. "
