This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, two story private condo is spacious and tastefully decorated. On the first floor there is a large living area with a 60" TV and entertainment center which looks out to a large sliding glass door and the private deck. The fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, has plenty of counter space and cabinets, and a bar-height kitchen counter top. There is also a separate eat-in kitchen with table and pantry.
Two of the three bedrooms are located on the second floor and have their own private full bathrooms. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed and cable TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with cable TV. The third bedroom is located on the first floor with two twin-sized beds, smart TV and full bathroom.
This spacious two story villa has a spectacular location, with the private deck with chairs overlooking the pool. It's walking distance to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. It's also walking distance to the new Celebration Park and Adventure Playground!

Before 45 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 31 to 44 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
Inside 30 days of arrival date all payments are nonrefundable
The reservation fee is nonrefundable.

Before 60 days of arrival date we will refund 90% of initial payment
Between 46 to 59 days prior to arrival we will refund 75% of initial payment
Between 31 to 45 days prior to arrival we will refund 50% of initial payment
