Guests can watch the sun rise with a morning cup of coffee while watching the brown pelicans dive for their morning catch. Guests will enjoy the sites and sounds of the beach and ocean waves during their stay at this beautiful suite. Master bedroom features a large bay style window for spectacular sunrise and Gulf of Mexico views. Master bedroom features king bed, television, ceiling fan and access to the private vanity and adjacent shared bath tub. The Half bath which features hand sink and water closet is just around the corner from the 2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed, television, ceiling fan and large window. Living area has a leather sofa, comfy chair and 40" Cable TV to enjoy your favorite shows or perhaps stream a Netflix movie using the provided complimentary WI-FI for family movie night. The updated kitchen has a food prep island for ease of food preparation and seating to enjoy the show as the chef prepares a meal, full size appliances including glass-top range and oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave and dishwasher. The counters are all granite and the cabinets are all custom oak with ample room for storage making this the perfect to stay during our Winter Texan Program for guest staying 30+ days. Your junior guest will enjoy the entry-alcove area that has built in twin sized bunks. Perfect for a little privacy where they can play video games on their mobile device or curl up to a good book. The Seascape Condominiums have two hot tubs, a heated outdoor swimming pool, BBQ and Picnic area, observation deck, private beach entry gate and more. Seascape Condominiums requires a parking permit for all vehicles and guarantees one parking space per reservation.
