Who's ready for some Good Vibes, tan lines, and a vacation for the record books? Here at (Property Management)' we're excited to offer a new home to the vacation rental marketplace! This luxury bohemian-styled house is the best place along the Emerald Coast for you and your family to enjoy the beach, all while having the comforts of your own private space.

Everyone will have plenty of room to relax with 4 bedrooms (all located on the 2nd floor) plus a bonus room inside. The beds are oh so comfy, and a couple of the rooms even include desks where you can get some work/school work done if you need (and yes, the wifi is super speedy here!) The Owners just purchased a new sleeper sofa which resides in the upstairs, open landing. You'll find 2 shared bathrooms upstairs and the one in the Master suite that's pretty epic. One of the top raves on the house is the spacious floorplan!

Downstairs you'll find the main living space, a wet bar, and the gigantic kitchen that's perfect for entertaining. Stocked with all the necessities, you'll enjoy dining indoors at home. Afterwards, play a fun game of ping pong, or break out the poker table for a card game. The new sectional is oh-so-dreamy; sink into the deep couch, turn on the TV, and you'll enjoy comfort and peace instantly.

And don't forget the amazing private pool out back - this is the one of the best places we love to hang out and enjoy some vacay vibes. There's a propane grill available for your use, full size washer and dryer, and even a garage! These owners have seriously thought of it all, and we can't wait for you to join us where we love to share Good Vibes!

** Stays more than 25 nights must be paid in full 120 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy is also different than shorter stays - inquire before booking for more info. **

We require a selfie along with a valid government ID at time of booking. The name on the ID must match the card on file. The Rental Agreement must also be signed by the card holder, otherwise your reservation will be canceled with full forfeiture.
