only issue we had was a door on the cabinets inside the laundry room when my sons fiancé set a basket of close next to it the door got bumped and fell from the hinge end and you could see this had been repaired before. This was then being blamed on us which was not true we did not damage this door."

"Another nice summer at Ocean Vistas
This was our 13th straight year vacationing at Ocean Vistas and our 5th different unit that we have stayed in. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom ocean front with a large balcony that has all of the amenities that you could want. Unit #608 also has the best parking spot in the complex right next to the pool and elevator. Thanks to Deborah for providing her usual great service and making our stay delightful. We will be back again next year."

"Great stay!
Overall this was a great stay, great location and responsive hosts. You are met at the property by a person that gives you a very helpful tour! The condo is very clean and spacious. The mattresses are very comfortable! So many beach chairs and toys. The pool is so warm I could stay in it all day!"

"Family Reunion Stay
we had a wonderful stay! The unit itself is beautiful and Debbie was fantastic to deal with. We did have a problem with the TV in the main primary bedroom. It wouldn't work at all. Debbie was extremely responsive and provided a work around by the next day - although it was a much smaller tv that would only work on Roku - so we ended up changing the sheets and moving to the other primary bedroom mid-trip. It was inconvenient.
Otherwise it was great - right on the beach - beautiful balcony. Great parking."

"Beach Paradise
The condo and property are amazing. The pool was heated so that it could be used even when the weather was chilly. The access to the beach was easy. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to celebrate Christmas with family. We did a lot of cooking and the big kitchen was a dream to work in and the dining room/living room setup was perfect. The only thing that I was surprised about was the third bedroom being labeled a bedroom. It doesn't have a closet and anyone staying in that room would have to go through one of the other bedrooms to get to a bathroom with a shower. In the floor plan for the building it's labeled as a media room. It wasn't an issue for us but could be helpful for others to know ahead of time who may be considering renting with a bigger group."

"Superb experience! Unbelievable ocean views!
This place is a top notch condo with a fenomenal ocean view from every window. We assigned the smaller room to my dad, my daughter and boyfriend got one of the 2 master suites, my son on the pullout Queen bed, two dogs in the dining area and my husband and I in the other master suite. The kitchen captures the entire view. It is ready with any possible gadget you may need plus ice maker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, anything. It is set up with a middle island with its own sink where we stationed our Margaritas bar. You’ll find all kind of glasses for your fav cocktail. Publix and Winn Dixie a few minutes drive. The balcony was our fav place, with an electrical grill and 6 chairs dining table plus lounge chairs. The beach is extraordinary. Make sure you request your deposit back the day you are given the keys. Reservation super smooth. Manager immediately answered phone. Wifi thumbs up. Awesome places along the beach where the locals eat, dance and drink. The cons: beach uncomfortably windy in the middle of May and no lights on the balcony. That is how we discovered the fun night places N and S the beach. Of course we will be back!"

We had a very nice time. The place was very neat and clean, the balcony view was great, and it was a great beach. We were a little apprehensive at first when we found out the truck rally was during the weekend, but other than the Saturday night when we got there it was not disruptive."

"Beautiful condo
The pictures do not do this condo justice. We had everything that we needed for a perfect two-week stay on the beach. The large balcony and view are just spectacular. We also loved having a grill on the balcony. I would rent this condo again. "

"Construction Nightmare!
This condo rental was the worse choice we've ever made for a vacation. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor areas were all closed for repairs. The sound of concrete saws could be heard as far away as the beach. Sitting on the balcony was impossible due to the noise. Not only that, but work was being done to a condo above us to remove tile flooring, so we had the pleasure of listening to jackhammers from 9 am until 4 pm each day.
The property manager was understanding as to our situation and offered an additional two days at no charge, but why would we want to stay longer in a condo with deafening sounds?? We chose to leave early, and we talked to some guests who were having to leave the condo to stay in a motel to get away from the noise. This whole experience was totally unacceptable and the only thing that would make it bearable is to receive a complete refund! Shame on you for the inconvenience and ruining our vacation. "

"Great unit OK building
Loved the unit itself. My family and I really enjoyed the space,the cleanliness, and the balcony was a highlight. The building, however, has strict rules and an on-site security guard who literally sits at the pool and watches your every move. It made sitting at the pool less relaxing and enjoyable and I personally felt it pretty unnecessary. Also, the elevators were out of service a couple times during our stay. "

"living like the rich and famous
Condo was beyond compare. Could have just stayed on couch looking out at ocean. The view and huge terrace was amazing. Had many meals cooked on the jenn aire outside. Beds super comfortable and did i mention never wanting to get out of that shower? So many sinks, bathrooms, hallways, closets we kept getting turned around. It was magnificent. The grounds were beautiful. Try the cracked egg for breakfast."

"Felt Like Home
Rented this wonderful place for our family vacation and, as indicated in the title, this rental felt more like home. The website description was a little incomplete, in that it was much nicer and more comfortable than described. Very clean, very inviting, management was wonderful to work with. Many thanks to the owner for making this rental available for my family to relax and enjoy our vacation. I would, and have, recommend this property to others! I would also return if it is still available the next time I vacation in the area. Absolutely wonderful!"

"Excellent Condo
Excellent location along with the most beautiful condo on Daytona Beach. When we arrived we met Ben who showed us around the property and the condo. Ben was great, gave us all the information that we would need. The condo itself was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable and the living room furniture was great. The size of the balcony alone was hugh. All of us were able to hang out on the balcony and had plenty of room. We did have a hiccup with the grill that didn't work and because we checked in the Saturday prior to Memorial Day, it took a few days to get the parts for the grill and get it fixed. Since we planned out our menu and purchased food to be cooked on the grill we were disappointed that we were unable to use it. However, the amenities were awesome. Since this was the first time staying in this unit we definitely over packed. Should have left the beach towels, beach chairs and some kitchen accessories that I usually take at home, all were provided. With a new grandbaby traveling with us, it was nice to have all the extra space. The property is very clean and well maintained. There are rules on the property and they are enforced which was ok with us. We would recommend this condo as we plan on staying there again next year. The location of the property is next to a beach ramp and was convenient for us since we have a wagon that we carry our belongings to the beach. "

"The Answer to our Prayers
prior to finding this rental, we were having the worst vacation you could possibly imagine. An eight hour flight delay, not getting to our first hotel until 5:30AM, waking up only two hours later to be driven to Daytona, getting a crazy tire blowout that left us in the Florida sun without AC for 45 minutes, getting attacked by fire ants while waiting for the replacement car, then finally getting to our original rental home only to find an ant infestation two hours later. There was much more, andhonestly, we were ready to change our flights and go home. My brother and I hunkered down and started looking up places to stay, each of us on three different phones at once.
By the grace of God, we found this haven of beauty, comfort, cleanliness, and space. The owners were the nicest people, the condo was breathtaking, the decor was outstanding, the couches and beds were impeccably clean and beyond comfortable. They had so many necessities and optional items that we didn't have to keep going shopping for every little thing. They have a fully stocked kitchen with just about every utensil or cookware item you could possibly need. They offer blowup mattresses, ample pillows, blankets, sheets, and even a beautiful front loader washer and dryer set. The ocean views from the balcony were breathtaking. The second you open that entrance door, you know you've made it. The facilities are beautiful, everything in the condo building itself was well-maintained. You can't go wrong with staying here, and I highly recommend that you do! We will definitely be back, and look forward to feeling like we don't have a care in the world there."
