This quiet complex is located just 1 block away from the beach. So it’s close enough to enjoy the beach atmosphere but not so close you can’t escape it when things get busy. Local attractions, restaurants and shopping are just a short drive away and the National Seashore and Mustang Island State Park are both just 10 minutes away. You'll love relaxing poolside at this sparkling saltwater pool that’s heated for year-round enjoyment. There are large canopies that provide shade and ample lounge chairs sitting areas to enjoy. Inside you'll find comfortable furnishings and modern stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen. Walking into the unit you’ll find the whole first floor is made up of an expansive living, kitchen and dining area. This is great space for catching up with family and friends.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-(Property Management) promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: NO RESTRICTIONS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.
