"Great place to vacation
We had issue free rental, check-in and stay. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants that we like. The 3 bedrooms fits our family perfectly."

"Great location and view
We enjoyed our stay very much. The size was perfect for our family and we loved being on the beach. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels. Our one complaint was the supplies were lacking. There were no coffee filters, salt, pepper or spices. Being issued only one packet of dishwasher detergent, one packet of laundry detergent and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was upsetting. It would have been nice to have at least one packet of dishwashing soap per day."

"Great location, outdated unit
The location was great with walkable restaurants nearby. Beach wasn't crowded and pool was enjoyable the couple of times we went. Kitchen was pretty well stocked for our needs. The unit itself was the aggravation point of the trip. Overall, this unit needs a reinvestment by the owners as there are just multiple issues across it that were quite aggravating to experience and maneuver around while being on vacation. A very deep clean needs to be done!

- All the air vents are covered in dust/rust/maybe some mold; outlets across the unit do not hold a plug; master shower tile is simply not clean; very little lighting (which is odd) besides dining light; floors were not clean across entire unit; first bath shower stopper had to be replaced so we were without a second shower for 3 days (property manager did assist well, but why was this not known prior?); master bedroom air supply didn't work well, room stayed hot hence the small fan they leave for you; front door and sliding door are not sealed (you can see through to exterior floors which explains previous comments on some bugs that ventured in - we did have one large spider show up); second bath fan doesn't work

I wouldn't recommend staying here until it's been cleaned and updated. The owners need to have a better eye on their property and its overall state or take it off as a rental. It was very aggravating to have to ask why the floors are dirty, maneuver around issues, dealing with no second shower for 3 days. "

"Horrible condo
Unit 63 at Spanish Main was horrible!! It was filthy ,there was public hair all over the bed in the master bedroom, and in the shower in the master bathroom as well! There were holes in the walls around the windows in the master bedroom as well! There was black mold in all of the AC vents, the bedroom in with the twin beds the sheets were atrocious! We had to was them and the comforter in the bed in the master bedroom. The closet door on the closet on the bedroom with the twin beds the door was falling of of the frame. In the other bedroom with the "queen " sized bed it wasn't a queen sized bed but two twins pushed together. There ws a recliner in the living room that fell apart the minute someone sat in it. The blinds on all the windows were broken and missing pieces to them. There was some sort of gross almost snot like film on the kitchen sink! There was sand inside the washing machine. I spent close to 2 hours cleaning after we checked in and it was still dirty,but we made due. Because we had been planning this vacation for about 3 years! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! NOR RECOMMEND IT IT ANYONE! Myself and my family always felt dirty while being inside unit 63! The pictures are very deceiving! "

"Outdated but great view
Rental was very outdated and dirty carpet in bedrooms. Your paying for the view. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Our stay was not a good experience as our sink and dishwasher in the kitchen went out our second day. Management tried to get it fixed but could not. Place needs some upgrading. "

"Widmer Vacation
Overall we had a great time. There were a few things with the rental that was frustrating at times (couldn’t get a lot of electrical outlets to work, no ceiling lights in rooms, some lamps weren’t working, shades on windows kept falling off when opening and shutting them, and my daughters twin bed had to have everything removed and wash before she could sleep on it because it smelled like urine). Unit was in a great location, easy keyless entry for everyone, lots of beach toys to keep kids entertained, I feel like the unit could be upgraded a bit, but I would most likely stay there again. "

"Beautiful view and nice condo!
Stayed in Unit 63 with 2 of our grandkids for 3 days. The oceanfront view from the balcony is spectacular. The kids loved walking right off the beach and to the pool. The unit is nice and clean. A/C worked great which was nice as it was in the 90's everyday. Furniture was nice and beds were comfortable. Suggestion - get rid of the carpets in the bedrooms and replace the balcony furniture with high top chair and tables so that you can see the beautiful ocean views over the railing. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice comfortable place to stay."

"Family time at the beach
Our family enjoyed our stay at Cocco Beach. The condo was a perfect location. Some renovations have already been done and are in process. Restaurants and stores are very close by some in walking distance right off of fourth Street. The maintenance company (Steve) was very helpful to work with. Suggestions would be new towels, cleaning items such as brooms and mops, and locks on all doors are needing to be replaced. We would definitely choose this location again!"

"Perfect Getaway
We had a wonderful experience staying at Spanish Main. The ocean view is beautiful and access to the beach was easy and quiet. Beds were very comfortable! Loved having a reserved garage parking spot for our time staying here. Will recommend to others!"

"Friends Getaway
Would have liked to see evidence that the $130 cleaning fee was used to keep the condo throughly cleaned.
Shower curtain was so dirty with soap scum and mildew. Walk in shower needed mildew scrubbed off.
When we vacuumed the floor it was obvious they never empty the vacuum.
This is a beautiful condo but there’s no inspection follow up after the cleaning crew. "

"Perfect location
The rental was in a great location, only a 15 minute walk from downtown Cocoa Beach. There were many restaurants within walking distance. It was clean and had all the kitchen items you could want. The bathrooms could use some updating."
