The condo offers everything you can dream off. Open floor plan with large living room with sofa, Flat screen TV, dining room table seating 8, kitchen with stainless steel appliances. (Kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, quality pots etc. Washer dryer in separate laundry area. First class bedding, a king size bed in the master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom with double sink, toilet and oversized shower. In the 2nd bedroom there are 2 double beds and it has an en-suite bathroom as well. Master Bedroom upstairs has king size bed, bathroom, kitchen, living room, two terraces and jacuzzi. All bedrooms have Flat screen TV's. In the bonus space off the dining area there is a desk with chairs. This condo sleeps 8 people very comfortably. All linens and beach towels are available. Lots of closet space. Safety deposit box.

At a short walk, you will find the beautiful white sandy Bavaro beaches with its turquoise ocean and great restaurants and bars for a vacation that you will never forget! Public transportation will take you to the Palma Real and San Juan Shopping centers. Several small supermarkets are located at walking distance from the condo. Non smoking condo. Sorry, no pets!

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking - Air 100%
• 100% required 30 days prior to arrival.
• Payment with Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover - through our secure website.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORT:

• If you need transportation to your rental property, we can send a trusted driver with a van to pick you up.

• The rate is US $35 one way for 4 passengers. There is room for up to 6 passengers with suitcases per taxi. US$5 extra per passenger.

• You pay the driver directly and keep his number for future transportation needs during your stay.

ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:

• The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has it's challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay. Also, this allows us to offer lower rates since we do not have to include more $$$ per night to take electricity consumption into consideration.

• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the CASH DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL. See deposit requirements below.

• Normal consumption is $5-10 per day for a 1 & 2 bedroom, $10-$15 per day for a 3 & 4 bedroom and $25-$30 for Villas in Cocotal Golf.

RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS: We require an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT (CASH ONLY-UPON ARRIVAL) of US$20 PER NIGHT for 1 & 2 BDR's CONDOS, US$30 PER NIGHT for 3 & 4 BDR's CONDOS and US$50 PER NIGHT for VILLAS in COCOTAL GOLF.

The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out. The meter can be self monitored daily. You will be charged at the current rate and deducted from the cash deposit. The difference will be returned to you on the day of departure.

A Reservation can be cancelled up to sixty-one (61) days prior to the arrival date and one hundred percent (100%) of the deposit will be refunded, minus the reservation fee of $50 and the cancellation fee of US$150. If cancelled between thirty-one (31) days and sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date, fifty percent (50%) of the deposit will be refunded, less the reservation and cancellation fees. There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within thirty (30) days of the arrival date. Any refunds on payments made using a credit card or PayPal will also have an additional 5% deducted from the original paid amount. Cancelled Reservations without proper notice will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit unless another reservation for the rental unit can be secured. Sub-letting is not permitted.

"Exquisite
The pictures do not do justice to this property. This place was beyond amazing ! Natural day light makes the house so bright and beautiful. The house was immaculate, we had everything we needed. The staff was very cordial and nice. The property is located within walking distance from nice restaurants , supermarket and the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay there, and we absolutely recommend to our friends and anyone who is thinking of going to Punta Cana. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay."

"Great Rental Property for Family Vacation
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: We struggled a little using the lockbox at checkin but when we contacted the number on the reservation and someone at our door within 2 minutes to help us out. The rest was easy and we were quoted ~$220 for the electricity and we received ~$25 back at the end of the week.

THE PROPERTY: The property was well maintained inside and out and came equipped with basically anything you'd need throughout the week: towels, cooking, laundry, cleaning supplies, etc. The complex was quiet with friendly staff and helpful security. The pool was rarely busy and has several areas that were only knee deep which was great because we had 2 young kids with us that could play a little more freely than they would have been able to at other hotel pools. The 2 down-sides to the condo was that many of the rooms didn't have dressers so I felt like we were living out of our suitcase the whole week. The elevator in our building was also out of commission for the first few days but once we mentioned it to the association president it was up and running (power needed to be reset) same or next day it was addressed. The unit was also very spacious that even though there were 7 of us staying together we never felt cramped or tight on space.

LOCATION: We booked our taxi service through our booking reservation and that was pretty easy. We used those taxi drivers several times throughout the week and even coordinated our return back to the airport with them.

The condo is ~7-10 minute walk to the downtown area that had shops, restaurants, grocery stores and maybe an extra 3-5 minute walk to get to the beach. The beach was clean and not too crowded. The streets that we walked on were dirty with trash dumped in bushes/side of the road, etc, but we never felt unsafe walking them.

RECOMMENDATION: I would stay here again without hesitation and would recommend it to others looking for a place to stay"

"Vacation with the family and within a budget ❤️
The costa hermosa c302 unit is beautiful , very clean and spacious. I would defiantly recommend and go back again. The area isn’t the safest . If you need to walk around I would say in the daytime ok but at nite a lot of interesting people that are up to no good near by a few blocks away. Security at the actual
Costa hermosa are very friendly and polite. The actual unit C-302 is rented at a very reasonable price. The staff that manage the unit are awesome and very attentive and respond to your email very fast. My family had an awesome stay and that made me very happy. "

"3 Generation Family Vacation
Six of us stayed in Costa Hermosa unit C302 January 31 to February 14/18
It was spacious with very comfortable beds. Our adult children and grandchildren had the 3rd floor ( 2 beds, 2 1/2 baths, living, dining, kitchen etc) we had the top floor with 1 bed, 1 bath, small living, dining and kitchen. The grounds and pool were beautiful, very well looked after by Wilson and his associates. We were about a ten minute walk to the beautiful beach, shopping and restaurants. We worried about finding beach chairs but at the access to the beach that we were directed to is a restaurant with an Italian name, there we found chairs that we could use in return for a small purchase ( Presidente @ 150 pesos) Another place we found is Hurican, to the West.....200 for the beer. Other restaurants we enjoyed were Citrus ( the Mahi-mahi was lovely, as were their hamburgers) Pastrata was great Mexican food, Balicana good Asian food. Although the food at Pranama (Indian)was excellent, it was very expensive for smallish portions, there are no included side dishes rice, bread etc has to be ordered separately. Our kids fell in love with the little French bakery near the “Bam” market.....great food,coffee, portions, price and cheerful service. At the condo we had a few issues ( the shower head was broken, no hot water in the upstairs area etc) but the Go Punta Cana Real Estate girls addressed everything as quickly as possible. The breakfast bar in this unit could be a safety hazard, it is heavy and unglued on one side.....we pointed this out on our leaving and hope that it will be addressed for future guests. Biggest let down, the elevator was broken, has been for a long time according to a reliable source. No matter who is responsible, owner, condo should be revealed to prospective renters. We were fine, but anyone with mobility issues would not be! Out of $420US deposit for electricity we got back $295....didn’t run air too much.
Overall, would go back tomorrow😀

"Some quiet r&r with modern & chic
The modern & chic condo aesthetic made up for the lack of pool space and awkward layout. The staff at Go Punta Cana are always super accommodating and professional. However this particular stay was not just dampened by cloudy skies but the lack of water at night. The upstairs layout was a bit off guests would have to walk thru a bedroom to get to outdoor space. The pool areas include 4 kiddie pools. If your looking for some quiet r&r this place is a winner if you can do without running water at night."

"5 Star Condo, Grounds and Customer Service
The check-in and out processes were fast and smooth. We had 2 families of 8 staying there and found it very spacious and luxurious in the condo. We were provided 10 full sized beach towels. The amenities were great. The fully-equipped kitchen was absolutely wonderful. Overall the condo unit and grounds are 5 stars.

The staff was extremely helpful especially Anny was prompt and supportive with customer service. The beach is about 10 minute walk in a safe neighborhood."
