OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Electricity is Extra and Based on Consumption - The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has challenges in regard to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay. Also, this allows us to offer lower rates since we do not have to include more $$$ per night to take electricity consumption into consideration
• We will verify the electricity meter readings before check-in and after check-out to determine your electricity usage. You will then be charged for actual usage. It is very simple - you pay for what you consume. We read the meter at check in and read again prior to check out. The meter can be self-monitored daily. The rate is USD $0.35 per kw/h.
• Normal consumption is USD $5-10/day. Above average consumption usually will not exceed USD $20/day. Ultimately this up to you and your consumption. You will be charged for your consumption which may exceed the amounts indicated above.
• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the DEPOSIT PAID. Refund will be processed within 48 hours after check-out.
• RENTALS 30 DAYS OR LESS: USD $20 per night
• RENTALS MORE THAN 30 DAYS: USD $500 per booking. Every 30 days we will read the meter and collect payment for the consumption.

DISCOUNTS
• There is a 5% weekly discount or a 10% monthly discount - from the rental rate. We apply these discounts automatically after you book and prior to processing the payment.

A Reservation can be cancelled up to sixty-one (60) days prior to the arrival date and one hundred percent (100%) of the deposit will be refunded, minus the reservation fee of $50 and the cancellation fee of US$150. If cancelled between thirty (30) days and sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date, fifty percent (50%) of the deposit will be refunded, less the reservation and cancellation fees. There are no refunds for reservations cancelled less than thirty (30) days of the arrival date. Any refunds on payments made using a credit card will also have an additional 5% deducted from the original paid amount. Cancelled Reservations without proper notice will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit unless another reservation for the rental unit can be secured. Sub-letting is not permitted.

"Would stay here again!
This place is in a great location. The units were clean and if we needed anything they were very accommodating. The pools were nice here and even though you are not supposed to save chairs there are people still trying to. This complex is also on the beach and there are plenty of beach chairs available. There is also a toilet right at the beach for the complex people only. Very clean bathrooms. The complex is in a great location as restaurants were very close and the city bus was close and easy to catch to go go to the big grocery store. If you prefer you can buy right near the condo and the prices are not too bad. Great place to stay and nice and clean!!"

"Relaxation at its best
Very nice condo for 2 people. One slept on bed and the other couch. Both quite comfortable. No ocean view, but close enough for a short walk to beach. There was some noise from neighboring areas, but after 10:00pm nice and quiet. "

"Great Vacation Spot
We had a wonderful time at Playa Turquesa B103!

The check in and check out process was handled very quickly by the Go Punta Cana team.

The condo is very well kept, and has most everything that you would need. Most notably, there is a great selection of cooking equipment to make meal preparation easy and get back to enjoying the beach.

The property is very well furnished, the bed is very comfortable, and all of the other furniture was in great condition and comfortable.

We did have one issue with a small repair that was needed, but the Go Punta Cana team had it resolved in a very short time, less than a couple of hours. That was very impressive from our experiences at other places.

We found the property to be within 3-5 minutes of walking to everywhere we needed to go. This included grocery stores and meat shops for breakfast and lunch, as well as many great restaurants that we enjoyed for dinner.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The TOC beach bar on the property had an excellent staff of bartenders and hosts. They also had live music on the beach many of the nights we were there.

Overall, it was a great property for a very reasonable price, and the freedom to do whatever you wanted.

We have told many people about our trip, and we will definitely be coming back soon!

"Excellent condo and gorgeous beach
Great experience from pick up at the airport, and seamless arrangements made to let us in the condo as we arrived later in the evening. Punta Cana real estate staff highly effecient and organized from the booking process right through to departing the condo.Very responsive to our questions, all information was provided to us.The condo was huge for 2 people, the amenities especially the bbq was fantastic-we used it frequently. We have never had a BBQ to use in any condos we have rented in any other place we have travelled to so this was greatly appreciated. King bed was very comfortable, kitchen well supplied. The property was immaculate and the fellows were cleaning everyday around the property. Carla provided great customer service to us during our stay. The beach is gorgeous, turquiose warm water, and this property has a large beach area with plenty of lounge chairs. However shade is minimal a few palm trees maybe 5 is the only shade, and you have to arrive early to get a shady spot or later in the afternoon. The 2 pools are quite large, again only a few umbrellas for 2 pools, so arrive early if you need shade. I would recommend to buy a few umbrellas and same for beach if possible. Not a negative just we like to have the shade option when it is hot. I would highly recommend this property and this company!"

"Great Location & Family friendly
We had a great holiday stay in this first floor condo. Perfect size for the 3 of us. The sofa makes into a bed too. Plenty of towels & bedding. Nice having a washer and dryer.....Kitchen was stocked with everything you need for preparing food. Decent enough grocery store directly in front of the office selling food/beer/wine.........Don't forget to pick up paper towels, toilet paper (no spare rolls) & soap, (runs out fast), spices etc. There is a BBQ grill and they do sell meats, etc. at the grocery across the street. We felt it to be a safe environment and saw security staff often. Family friendly place. Quiet (except occasionally could hear music from next resort over...but it never bothered us).
We were located between the 2 pools & really close to the beach....maybe 2 minute walk. Plenty of beach loungers, seaweed was cleaned off the beach a few times while we were here. We were never hassled by anyone. Bar & food service at the beach....food is from Citrus Restaurant..... We also ate at Citrus Restaurant and the ?Cuban Restaurant (next to the grocery store) and enjoyed them both.
Dealt with both Carla and Annie from Realestate company and they were both very helpful & professional. Also, the staff at the front office were great! They helped us to set up a couple of side trips as our Spanish is no good. Taxi to and from the airport was arranged for us on both ends; Victor was on time always & on our arrival dropped us at a big grocery store.

"A Slice of Paradise
Our entire experience from booking our condo to enjoying the location was awesome. The staff at Go Punta Cana were attentive, efficient and friendly. The condo was well appointed and had absolutely everything we needed to make our staff comfortable. The grounds and beach were well attended to, clean and neat. There was always ample beach chairs and the pools were cleaned regularly. The location is quiet, secure and was an very enjoyable experience. We will be back! "
