Welcome to the North Hampton Tower at Kingston Plantation! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath ocean view condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Myrtle Beach! This newly remodeled condo comes with a King bed in the master bedroom, one queen in each of the additional bedrooms. The living area has a wonderful ocean view from the 60 foot balcony and a memory foam sleeper sofa. This unit comes equipped with a state of the art kitchen and large washer and dryer. The flooring throughout the condo has been updated with luxury vinal plank as well as new carpeting in the bedrooms.

Motorcycles, trailers and golf carts are not permitted on the grounds

North Hampton Tower has added security to the building, which requires a building key to enter. It also is the only building at Kingston Plantation with a private indoor pool and hot tub.

Beach access is a few short steps away from the building. To enhance your vacation experience, the following additional conveniences are available, at cost: Golf packages, golf cart rental, beach chairs and umbrellas. Just minutes from Downtown Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation is 145 acres of meticulously manicured grounds with 12 mile of secluded beaches, 24 hour gated security, pools, hot tubs, fishing lakes, reflection ponds and much more!

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

We had a great time kicking back and relaxing. The rental was immaculate and just as shown in the pictures posted on VRBO. The rental company was responsive and helpful. The only issue we had was the beds in the two queen size rooms were uncomfortable and could use an upgrade/replacement. "

"Family Vaca
I was not satisfied with the property condition or the cleanliness of the home. Needs a serious updating. The shower curtain liners are very dirty the furniture and carpet do not look close to clean as in the picture. We got there when they said the cleaning was completed and the cleaners informed us they just arrived. They cleaned for probably 20/30 mins and that was it. Nice location and nice pools but I wouldn’t stay at this apartment again. "

"Have stayed here twice and will book again!
This condo is clean and updated and offers every amenity my family was looking for. This year, we were pleasantly surprised at the additional furniture on the balcony—- we had our coffee out there every morning!! The balcony, rooms, and condo, overall, feel spacious and laundry area is super convenient. Quick, easy walk to beach! Owner is very accommodating— even through pandemic situation last year, in allowing us flexibility with booking for 2021. "

"Great Place!
Our stay was great! The condo is well updated. New appliances, nice furniture, comfortable beds, great access to the beach and amazing balcony. We did have some trouble with the TV's but wasn't a big deal. The property has great security and is close to alot of places to eat. Main drawback was having to go 15 min further south to get the keys to check in and the same to turn in the keys when we left.

"Great girls getaway
This condo was the perfect location for our girls' getaway. Each of us had our own bathroom and bedroom. The view of the ocean is perfect and each bedroom has access to the sprawling balcony. You will have convenient access to shopping, dining and just fun. Everything we needed was in the condo. I will stay here again. Check-in and checkout was convenient and easy. Management contacted me to see if I needed anything. We were steps away from the ocean. Perfect trip!"

Key pick-up/drop off was easy but a bit of a drive. We forgot about that when we got in...photos and details were spot on, place was very clean and nicely updated.

Weather was not great and indoor pool was shut down so we enjoyed the accommodations, and easy access to all the local flavors, even more. Definitely will plan on staying again!"

"Family Covid-cation2020 even with a hurricane,still a great time!
Unit is beautiful, great view of beach and surrounding area. The unit is spacious and well equipped. We actually enjoyed hanging out together inside during hurricane Isaias. Property is secure and well maintained . After the storm passed they had it cleaned up very quickly. There is a beautiful indoor pool but due to Covid we were unable to use it ,oh well next time we visit we will. I would definitely stay there again. DJ was a wonderful rental agent . Checked in with us on our trip in and even met me in the parking lot with the keys. "
