This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa located in Sea Pines has beautiful lagoon views! The kitchen with eat-in dining for four, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and tile backsplash is located just to the left as you enter the villa. The dining room and living room are located just off of the kitchen and boast all new furniture and a huge flat-panel TV. The most wonderful room in the villa is the screened-in porch with a flat panel TV located just off of the living area. You will enjoy incredible lagoon views while bird watching and overlooking the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and attached bath and the guest bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, and attached bath.

The reservation fee and taxes will be charged to your credit card on file for the reservation.*EXCLUDES 125 DUNE LANE, 2 QUAIL, & 57 DUNE LANE.
