NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. Gloves and masks are worn at all times and the cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.

This condo features quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the spacious kitchen along with a new washer and dryer just off the kitchen. A brand new dining table with bench seating was added in early summer 2020. The main living area has all new furniture throughout with plenty of seating area for a large family. In addition to the new furniture and appliances all the mattresses were replaced for every bed in the condo. This stunning condo has beautiful new hardwood floors and a fresh coat of paint to top it off.

The generous 9-foot ceilings throughout add to the open, bright feeling. The extravagant master suite spills onto a balcony that captures the gentle ocean breezes. The professionally designed gourmet kitchen is accented with solid surface counter tops and a spacious pantry. From the moment you open the wood double entry doors and step into the foyer, you realize the uncompromising elegance of The Margate. The master bedroom has one king, 2nd bedroom has 1 queen, 3rd bedroom has 1 queen and the 4th bedroom has two double over full bunk beds. This condo is privately owned and does not provide access to the Embassy Suites Splash park.

Linens included are as follows: 4 towels, 4 washcloths per king, queen, or full bed. 2 towels, 2 washcloths per twin bed. 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat per bathroom. 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 kitchen dish rag. You will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in ever bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. ***

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
