Enter into a large great room, with a 50" Flatscreen TV, and a comfortable seating cluster, where everyone can be comfortable and enjoy the happenings together. A gracious, beach-chic dining area has a formal table which seats 6.
A spacious, fully furnished modern kitchen, showcasing granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, has everything you need to create everything from snacks to a full-on feast. The kitchen also has a 24" flatscreen TV to keep you entertained!
The king master suite includes a 43" flat screen TV and an en suite bath with a large shower/tub combination.
The 1st guest bedroom is across the hall from the master and features a queen bed and flatscreen TV. The 2nd guest bedroom (Sun Room) has 2 queen beds, along with a flatscreen TV and direct access to the patio/hot tub. The 1st and 2nd guest bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hallway with a large shower/tub combination.
All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere quality linens to ensure your every comfort. This home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds with an option to rent an air mattress for a maximum of 10.
Additional amenities include an outdoor shower for beach-goers, washer and dryer, WIFI and cable, air conditioning, and 3 driveway parking spaces (Tandem). There is also limited street parking.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
-There is a detached 1 bedroom Casita that is located behind the patio that may have separate renters in. If interested in renting both the main home & casita, please see property #8425LJ or speak with our reservation agents.
-No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS!
-There are 3 steps leading from the street, with a 5-step staircase to the front door.
-There may be an additional charge for air conditioning, so please contact our Reservations Team for details.
-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Seabreeze.
-SeaBreeze only uses legal housekeeping services dedicated to paying a living wage and covering a legal insurances required by law.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
