Walk up the stairs from your parking spot to enter this 900 sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 2nd story condo, and find yourself in a beautifully decorated great room with beach-hued accents that create both an ambiance of serenity and aliveness.
Many windows in the living room area make it bright, and cheerful - making it a great place to relax in the comfortable seating to catch up with one another, watch a movie, etc.
The dining room for 6 is next to the living room area so everyone can comfortably eat together inside. The kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks for your family or guests – all you need do is add the food and the camaraderie.
The beach chic theme is carried through to the 2 bedrooms – one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, and a flat screen TV in the queen room for you to enjoy while you are relaxing.
There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room so this home comfortably sleeps four in beds, and an additional two with the additional sofa sleeper.
Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, and 1 carport parking space with additional street parking – which may be limited during the premiere beach months of summer.
There is also a shared outdoor space. This is a 10-unit complex and there is no elevator so it may not be appropriate for everyone.
Mission Beach has its own kind of welcoming ambiance – a great place for people watching, walking or skating on the Boardwalk, as well as a short walk to grocery stores, coffee shops, and great restaurants. Beautiful Mission Bay Park and Mission Point are also just a short walk from this perfectly located sunny condo.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS!
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
There is a set of stairs up to the entrance of this property, so it may not be suitable for everyone.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
Cleaning Fees - SeaBreeze uses only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances

Our standard cancellation policy does not allow for refunds due to COVID-19 related concerns. In an effort to offer additional protection in these uncertain times, we have found two travel insurance companies offering Cancel For Any Reason policies. We highly recommend that you look into these options to protect your trip. -
If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
The cancellation of a reservation with stay dates immediately impacted by state-issued travel restrictions and/or those impacted by a state-initiated regression in the re-opening phases will result in a credit of the full value of payments made to be used in the next 12 months.
