When entering the property, you will be greeted by gorgeous wood look tile through the main living space, which leads to jaw dropping views of the Atlantic Ocean. The waves seem so close you could touch them right off the balcony, while relaxing on the lounge chairs or at the extra-large dining table. You can even see and hear the ocean from the beautifully decorated living room and dining room.
The plush King Master Suite invites with elegant linens and decor, not to mention the enormous picture window as you drift off to sleep or roll out of bed to the incredible sunrises off the water.
The second KING BEDROOM, unique to vacation rentals, resides towards the center of the unit. This room offers a private en-suite full bath for extra privacy. The third bedroom with EXTRA LONG twins completes the bedrooms and has a Wii system for game play and fun! The couch in the living room is a Sleeper Sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.
The eat-in kitchen is a beauty, with all black stainless-steel appliances and magnificent dark granite. CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.
