Welcome to Ocean Breeze! Property Management is thrilled to offer Unit 2-303, a magnificent, updated top floor oceanfront unit centrally located in the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club. This luxurious 3-bedroom condo features vaulted ceilings and a gorgeously appointed lanai facing the Keauhou coastline where you will experience breathtaking sunsets. Sounds of crashing waves will lull you to sleep at night while tropical birds, who make their home in the lush vegetation surrounding this unit, will greet you in the morning. Relax and unwind while savoring one of the most incredible views on the Big Island.

This condo has been thoughtfully updated with new floors, furniture, linens and décor that highlights the talents of many local artists. Being on the top floor allows the cooling ocean breeze to freely flow through this expansive, light and airy unit. All new high-powered ceiling fans throughout help keep the unit and lanai cool and comfortable.

The unit sleeps 6 adults comfortably (with room for 2 children). The master bedroom, with vaulted ceiling and a king bed, features a direct ocean-front view with lanai access and a full en suite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom also has a vaulted ceiling, two queen beds with memory-foam mattresses, and a large picture window surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. Just a step away from the second bedroom, the second full bathroom features a tub/shower combination. The loft features a vaulted ceiling, a king bed, a writing desk, a closet and full-sized dresser. The two large windows high above the loft wall provide sweeping hillside views. The lanai offers many options to relax with a view, including a six-person dining table, outdoor couch and two adjustable lounge chairs.

State-of-the art technology enables fast and stable internet. The living room features a 60-inch smart-tv including an additional blue-tooth enabled sound system with sound bar and subwoofer that connects to your devices. The entertainment systems deliver beautiful pictures and sound. The well-appointed kitchen with stunning ocean views makes cooking while on vacation a pleasure. A variety of beach toys, including snorkel gear, water shoes and beach chairs, are available to all guests. This unit does not have AC.

The Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club is a gated condominium community with three professional style tennis courts with night lighting, a pickle ball court, and ping pong tables. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for laps as well as for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the pavilion near the courts and pool.

This unit is on the top floor. The complex does not have an elevator.
One of the most interesting features of the club is the numerous archaeological sites. Descriptions posted at each site tell the history and provide a glimpse into Hawaiian life and culture many years ago.

The club is surrounded by lush tropical gardens with walking trails throughout, including a trail to a private black sand beach. Conveniently located, it’s a close walk to Kahalu’u Beach, one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island, and grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.

Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Hawaiian Paradise
We took our family (3 kids, 2 in-laws) here for a week long vacation. We knew the view would be great but this condo was so much more! Tons of water toys and games. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Washer and dryer. Great pool and tennis courts. We were centrally located but outside of “downtown” enough for peace and quiet. Above all Blake and his team were excellent, great communication, quick responses, very accommodating, and fantastic recommendations. Couldn’t ask for anything more!"

"Heaven on Kona
From the minute we walked into the door this property took our breath away. The decor, the Hawaiian music welcoming us, and the spectacular view was just the first moments of an incredible stay. This rental had everything we needed for our stay from Beach chairs, towels, appliances to tennis, swimming, and location. The communication before, during and after our stay was extremely helpful and caring. I highly recommend this property. You will not want to leave!"

"Hawaii b-day celebration
The condo was situated at an ideal location right on the water with an island breeze and waves crashing on the lava rock below. Shopping and beaches are close by and one popular beach was a walk away. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The one concern we had was the smoker below this condo that smoked 3 times a day, morning afternoon and evening outside her condo on the grass. We asked for her to stop but she didn't. There is a sign that says no smoking in the condo area We were out most of the day,so not a problem then but the evening was not nice to sit out on the patio. "

"Honest Review
Not having AC was our main concern as the fans didn't cool the unit enough even when all the windows (screen closed) are open at night. We had to prop open one of the bathroom sinks to drain the water as there was not way to open the drain. Although we were religious about putting away food, and cleaning up after eating, we had to deal with some big cockroaches. We don't know where they were coming from. We ended up not using the loft as the biggest cockroach came from there."

"Wonderful property in great location
We had a great vacation at this property. It was perfect for our family of 8. There was no elevator and it is on the third floor, so just be aware you will need to lug your luggage upstairs. It was closely located to Keauhou bay where we took several great excursions from. There is a grocery store nearby. We used the pool, tennis courts, and grill at the complex. It was very quiet and peaceful here. The condo was well equipped. No air conditioning but the ocean breezes kept it comfortable enough. Wonderful sunset views at night! Great property!"

"Perfect Place to Relax
We couldn't have asked for a more seamless experience. The communications prior to our arrival were complete with all the information neccesary to make our arrival to Kona and the property easy. The property is exactly as described. This unit has everything you need to make your Hawaii vacation effortless. The location is quiet, but convienent to stores, restuarants and shopping. We drove to Hapuna Beach & Kua Bay for an afternoon and the drive was easy. The condo is equipped for everything you need to hit the beach, or cook a great meal at home. The owners are very gracious hosts, thinking about all the things one would need during their stay. We would defintely stay here again."

"Oceanfront Condo! Views!!
Highly recommend this beautiful condo for your trip to Kona! Being oceanfront is the way to go, enjoyed the amazing views throughout the day - sunsets were spectacular. The condo was equipped with everything you could need plus more (fully stocked kitchen, large selection of beach accessories). There is no AC but we loved the slide open glass doors in the main room and master, lots of ocean breeze. We swam in the pool and used the outdoor grills. A bit of a drive from Waikoloa beaches but lots to explore in the immediate area. Kitchen tip - make sure you wiped down the counters every night and do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. In short, if you are debating which rental to pick, this is the one! Can’t wait to go back - enjoy the Big Island!!"

"Beyond our expectations
We could not have been happier with our choice of stay on the Big Island. We arrived rather late on the evening of our reservation. "Big Island Family Vacation
I wouldn't change a thing about our trip or the accommodations at KKSR. 2-303 has an amazing lani with perfect views, sunsets are breathtaking, I can't think of a better way to start and end a busy day exploring HI. The condo is very well stocked for cooking and beach adventures. We used the beach chairs, cooler, racquets which are all provided, this saved us a lot since we would have purchased or rented similar gear. Small things like grill baskets, and a nice blender were things we really appreciated. The layout was perfect for our family of 4, including two teens. As for the resort, the pool was clean and well maintained, the grounds were clean and well kept. We used the grilling area, the pool, courts, and the adjacent beach while on our trip. This was our first time visiting the Big Island and after seeing other areas and resorts, I am very happy with our choice. When we come back, we plan to stay here again. "

This rental was wonderful. The surroundings created an absolute immersion into the Hawaii vibe. The interior was clean and an excellent choice for adults. "Island Paradise
What an amazing place -- this condo offers incredible comfort, stunning views and full immersion into being in paradise between the sounds of the waves and ocean and the nightly sunsets. I slept better here than I have in awhile! The condo itself is beautiful and offers all of the comforts you need - clean, comfortable beds, great air flow and fans in every room that keep things cool, fully stocked kitchen and lots of space. I loved the touches of local art on the walls as well. And it is well located -- close to the best snorkeling and boogey boarding beaches, grocery and drug stores, different markets and restaurants. But the best part is the lanai -- I spent many hours relaxing on the lanai, wave watching and soaking in the sun. And the sunsets from the comfort of the lanai or condo were stunning. This is a special place. We will be back and I look forward to bringing other family and friends. Thank you for opening up your island paradise for others to enjoy! "

"The perfect spot
We hadn't been to Kona so we weren't sure about the location of this condo but knew we wanted something on the water. This place did not disappoint! There are so many extras that we didn't even think about. From beach towels, beach chairs, and snorkeling gear, to extra spices in the kitchen, oils, and even some canned goods. It was spacious enough for our family (mostly our teenaged kids) to have some alone time ;) The best part was the sunset views. I would definitely stay here again. Having a car is also a plus to make your way out and explore the different beaches and enjoy the fresh fish at the local restaurants. "

"Fantastic vacation condo!
We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo! The location was great. Amazing surf and sunset watching right out in front of the Lanai. Pool, tennis, pickleball, ping pong were all fun activities on the property. Completely set up for beach activities with umbrella, chairs, and snorkle gear. Close to Kona and easy drive to multiple fun activities on the island. The place was clean and comfortable. With the windows open you get really great breezes coming in from the ocean and we felt great inside even on warm days. We brought our teenage kids and my 78 year old mother and we felt like we had plenty of space. Would gladly rent this space again!"
