This 2-story 3100 sq. ft. previous historical estate – situated on a desired lower canyon with 6-bedrooms, and 3-bathrooms - has been newly updated to give it a clean, crisp, beach(y) feel that invites you to relax and recharge between your various day’s adventures.

A modern expansive kitchen, with Mexican tile flooring, has all the modern conveniences, including plenty of counter space for preparing meals. A skylight creates lots of natural light – again making you feel like you are outside. A small desk area is an added bonus.

The 1st king bedroom, with patio doors that open to the courtyard and a flat screen TV, is just beyond the kitchen.

The king master bedroom features a beautiful view and a flat screen TV and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable. Wall to wall water and garden views will lull you to sleep each night and wake you up each morning. A generous closet space and a full ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower and a full sized soaking tub complete this sanctuary space.

A 3rd main floor main floor bedroom with garden views features a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and shares a hallway bath with a shower with the 4th bedroom (a king) at the end of the hallway, also with a TV. Most bedrooms have access to either a courtyard or a patio.

Down 15 stairs to the lower level you will find a queen bedroom with a TV, a laundry nook, and a bath with a shower/tub combination, which is shared with the 6th bedroom with two queen beds, an ocean view, and garden patio access.

**If you have a reservation with an arrival date scheduled between May 21, 2020, and July 31, 2020, the below policy is applicable, however, 30 days prior to arrival applies in lieu of 60 days. If you cancel within 30 days prior to your arrival, you will have the option to apply the full balance of your reservation to future dates, within the following 12 months OR if the property is re-rented and a refund is available, per the policy below, you will have the option to accept the available refund. **

All other reservations are subject to the policy below:

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.

-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).

-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.

-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.

Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
