This wonderful oceanfront home, about 3 blocks from Laguna Beach’s Main Beach and downtown’s Forest Avenue, with private steps to St Anne’s Beach - an awesome beach for children and adults alike to surf, swim, skim board, stand-up paddle board, build sandcastles, and play beach games.
Sweeping panoramic views of the shimmering Pacific, Catalina Island, and out-of-this-world sunsets can be seen from either of its two ocean view decks, living room, master bedroom, and the kitchen too. The views that surround you will both take your breath away and make you feel at ease, knowing that you made an excellent choice for your vacation getaway.
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath 3 story 1800 square foot home is not a luxury home, but does have a great beach vibe with Tommy Bahama furniture, a wonderful antique bed, original artwork, and lots of other fun amenities too.
The living room area of the great room has a 50” flat screen TV above the fireplace and comfortable seating from which to enjoy them both. It opens up onto one of the two ocean view decks - this one equipped with an 18” awning, a barbecue, and seating for dining outside or relaxing while enjoying the ocean views, surf, breezes, and vibrant sunsets.
A wonderfully organized, modern, newly remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, double ovens, a microwave and is accompanied by a dining area for 6.
Surely you will spend lots of time enjoying the views of Catalina Island, the ocean, and sunsets from these areas of the great room as well. How about ocean breezes and the sounds of the surf to make it even more magical.
The master bedroom has a king four poster bed, a wood stove, a sitting nook, its own ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, and access to the second ocean view deck right outside. It also sports a 55” curved TV for your enjoyment.
Two additional queen bedrooms and two additional baths with walk-in showers allow this home to comfortably sleep 6. And of course, all bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
This home has a washer and dryer, WI-FI, cable, and a DVD player. There is one parking space in the garage and another outside.
Laguna Beach is known for its many art galleries, coves and beaches and its small city feel. Main Beach features tide pools and a boardwalk leading to the paths and gardens of nearby Heisler Park.
Aliso Beach Park is a popular surf spot and the waters off Crystal Cove State Park are designated as an underwater park. Trails meander through coastal canyons in Laguna Coast Wilderness Park.
THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!
Expansive views from so many inside and outside areas including two lovely deck for dining al fresco or relaxing while watching the sun set over the shimmering Pacific.
There is an outdoor closet next to the private beach staircase with all manner of beach gear - chairs, beach umbrellas, and boogie boards, so yo don’t have to bring or buy your own.
The beach below the house is far enough away from the crowds, yet close enough to enjoy a nice walk to downtown and to Main Beach. Casual, convenient, and classy too.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
No Smoking on the property - NO EXCEPTIONS (this is inside and outside the property)
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
There are several stairs (30-40) to the beach so this may not be a good choice for some.
This home sleeps 6 people in beds. We will allow an additional two people to sleep in the property. A maximum of 8 people may occupy the home at any time. An air mattress is available upon request to accommodate for an additional fee.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or eviction.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
