This oceanfront condo, is located on the 5th floor in Canaveral Towers, the balcony is spacious with a bistro bar table and high top chairs. Perfect for lunch, dinner or simply having your favorite beverage while relaxing. The open kitchen offers everything you'll need to feel right at home with plenty of counter space for meal prep.

You have an assigned parking space as well as additional parking if you need it. There is a putter in the condo for your use or you can check out additional putters and balls from the recreation room. You can also get shuffleboard equipment. The oversize heated pool, offers a break from the beach.

If you are in town for a launch, the front walkway is perfect to watch a liftoff.

Rented through VRBO. Picked my dates, entered my info and I was ready to go. Nice location 45min drive from MCO. Arrived early, unit was ready and got an early check in which was nice. 5th floor unit with nice southeast ocean view. Kitchen a bit outdated countertops drawers, but well stocked with all the necessities. Pool was well maintained. Had a great time. Only draw back was building cleaning all week. People I met had good things to say about the place. "

Very clean comfortable and great location. The beach is beautiful the heated pool is so nice. They were finishing some stucco repair work so it was a little noisy but it didn’t bother us much. Convenient location to everything Would definitely return great property manager "

"A Nice Place to Unwind
What a great week. The weather was fantastic. One of our favorite morning rituals is having coffee on the balcony. While there was construction to the building going on, they generally didn’t start until after we finished our first cup...so our sunrises were not interrupted. The condo was well maintained and It’s the little things like the closet of fun that really made the stay. Janice made sure that there was everything from a cooler to fishing gear in the closet. One of the highlights was the spacex launch that we could see from the door side walkway. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!"

"Construction is loud
There was construction going on everyday we were there. JLG lifts up and down and concrete Jack hammers. We were not aware of the construction until we arrived. The condo is nice , clean , and in a good spot to see the ocean "

Great location, great view. Property manager Janice was excellent!! I highly recommend new sheets for the king size bed. All of the sheets were dingy and worn, looked like they’d just come from the Goodwill. The bathrooms were excellent, the master shower was wonderful!! Kitchen could use some upgrades/remodeling. Deck needs 4 chairs; there were only three and there were four of us.
Overall a great place. Loved the pool area. Would stay again!"
