The main living level of this oceanfront residence features a renovated island kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances overlooking wide-open dining and living areas, as well as THREE OCEANFRONT BEDROOM SUITES!

Vaulted ceilings and windows galore create a bright, airy feel throughout the home. The top-floor offers a versatile loft space with charming views between the other two oceanfront suites. The first level entertainment room provides easy access to the beach - you'll be in the surf in seconds! The owners also provided blow up mattresses for this area for extra family and friends! On the ground level, there's a huge "mud room" providing lots of storage space for your beach chairs and surfboards. Rinse off after a day in the sand in the oversized outdoor shower.

After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"Would have been perfect if the A/C was functional
The location of this house can’t be beat, but the Air Conditioning was completely non functional for our entire stay. Needless to say, this ruined our experience. I emailed the property management company but received no response. The kitchen and bedrooms were wonderful and clean with comfortable bedding. The bathrooms are in need of updating but they were clean enough to overlook had the temperature not been over 80 degrees while we were trying to sleep.

I was very confused by the Google street view showing a house in front of this one blocking the view, but when we arrived we were pleased to see that it simply did not exist and the view from the house was amazing. We also enjoyed the air hockey table in the garage and the beach gear that was available. Fix the A/C and respond to your renters. "

"Good for a quick stay
This house is very much "you get what you pay for". It's got a great beachfront location but the inside of the house is just ok. Nice kitchen and newer furniture in the living area but this section is relatively small for a house that sleeps 8 and there is no other seating in the main living area. The beds and bedding were good. All bathrooms were 0/5...they need full renovations and towels etc were the absolute cheapest material. Like I said, good for a very quick stay but we were done after two nights. I'd suggest either going in knowing you are renting a cheaper house so Renee expectations or up your budget. "

"Great location but missed a few things
Location location location. The views couldn’t be beat and were spectacular. However we did miss the listed jacuzzi and yard. The bottom floor had no yard or view out of the bottom bedroom since the dunes have flattened almost up to the door. There was also construction m-f on the pipes and the roads were a mess. Some of the furniture has def seen better days. But the mattresses were very comfortable, and overall we had a good time."

"Beautiful Beach Home!
The wonderful home is located just steps from the beach! We enjoyed a family vacation there and it easily accommodated 6 adults and 2 children as it’s very spacious. All 3 bedrooms have a fantastic ocean view. Nice furniture and a well stocked kitchen. An added plus - the garage is full of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys! The management company was informative and responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a nice relaxing week and will definitely return."

"Great location
Wonderful location. Right on the beach. Only a 2 minute walk to the sand. So nice! Beautiful house. Recently updated. Kitchen is very well-stocked. It’s so nice having three master bedrooms so everyone has their own room and bathroom. There are quite a few stairs so make sure that’s OK. My one caution would be the furniture. It is definitely not made for older adults! It is very nice furniture, but older adults would have an extremely difficult time getting up from the couch since it’s deep and huge and the kitchen table chairs are fairly small and hard. The doors at the house are also difficult to use. I believe they are fancy storm doors to protect from bad weather, but it makes them difficult to open and close. The rental company was so organized, responsive, and helpful!"
