Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

This unit was one of the very nicest I have had the opportunity to stay in, and I have traveled extensively. It has a phenomenal view just over the top of the palm trees of the breaking surf and the sound is music through the years. The unit is very clean, impeccable decor, and yet very comfortable and inviting. Well stocked with the necessities. Probably the nicest thing about cinnamon Beach, is the privacy and a quiet atmosphere that is obtained within the Gated Community. I highly recommend."

"Fantastic time at Cinnamon Beach
This was our second stay in this condo. We love it. Its a large condo with very comfortable furnishings. Great kitchen, fabulous view. And I really love the community. We can let our teenagers just wander without any concerns. There is also a community pool/fitness center/game room/burger joint area as well as a 2nd pool. The walk to the beach is so easy. So close to the condo. And parking is abundant!! Publix is literally 5 minutes away!! Everything you need.

The management company was also awesome. Very responsive, even on the weekend. They provided a great deal of pre-arrival information and directions. Housekeeping was on it, the place was so clean with lots of bath towels.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially a family!! "

"Awesome View!
We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful beach, spectacular view, and comfortable condo. The only thing we would have appreciated was to have known up front that we needed to bring our own toiletries, detergents, hand soaps, and paper products such as tissues, toilet paper and paper towels. Since other places we've been in the past have provided such items for the duration of the stay. Not sure if we missed that information in the small print prior to rental. That aside, we loved it and will definitely come back! To the owners, thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven! Highly recommend it. "

"Kitchen poorly equipped; condo clean
We stayed for a week; condo was clean; beds comfortable. Decor not my style; dark and un beach like, but nicely decorated. However kitchen was abominably equipped for cooking: 4 mugs; no cutting boards, 3 broken frying pans, ; insufficient serving bowls. I would not recommend nor would I stay here again. We had to also get additional bath towels as only 4 were provided for a home thatslept 6. "

"Relaxing Experience
My family enjoyed our experience at Cinnamon Beach. The condo was large, clean, well appointed with appliances, utensils and linens. "On the beach comfort
This condo is exactly as described. It's very comfortable with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The complex is quiet and relaxing and the other tenants are very friendly. Note, the property is across a bridge with a $2 toll every time you cross the bridge into the neighborhood. If you leave a credit card number with the gate keeper, the toll is only $0.50. We didn't learn about this until our last day. "

"Excellent Stay!
We had an amazing experience staying in #642. The room was very nice, spacious, clean, and had a great view! There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. There were many more amenities than I was expecting - fully furnished kitchen (everything to cook with, and even a few spices!), sand toys for the kids, games for the rainy evening. We had a wonderful time and will be recommending it to our friends and family. We will definitely be returning for multiple stays in the future!"

"Great Place
We arrived early and called and got early check in. Unit was clean and well appointed. View of beach and ocean was amazing. We had no issues with our unit. (only issue was with our Hertz rental car). Kitchen was adequately stocked with pots, pans, glasses, dishes, etc....The only thing I'd recommend is to provide a week's supply of dishwasher detergent and garbage bags. Not a big deal but would have made the rental almost perfect. Furnishings were nice, great TV in living room, bathrooms large and clean."

The condo and the grounds were great!! The amenities were awesome too!! We even arrived a couple hours prior to standard check-in and after a 14 hour ride we were allowed to check-in early! "Enjoyable Stay.....
We stayed in the 700 building, Unit 642....4th floor ocean front, overall things were good. There was water pipe noise (fog horn sound every time someone flushed their toilet) coming from adjacent unit(s) during our stay that the property management company was very attentive to, but at the end of the day it was a building issue that was up to the condo building management to solve. It disrupted our stay, so we'll pick another building next time to be safe, unless we can be assured of its repair, it was not fixed by the time we left. This was our 11th year coming here, and it is time for the owners of many of the condos to do some updates, in this unit's case,furniture/mattresses. However, this unit had plenty of bath towels which was a nice surprise because usually they are lacking and I go out and buy some. Overall I will continue to come back to Cinnamon Beach because we love this little gem in Palm Coast. Flagler was great as always, St. Augustine is just up the coast, always nice to visit there, and the Malacompra mountain biking trail was a nice surprise,we didn't even know this existed, but researched it before hand and brought our bikes. It is a single track course with switch backs, some technical sections that you can avoid if you're not feeling it,(I was feeling it the first day, but wiped out so wasn't feeling it on day 2) but you can get a good 5 miles of workout, one way, on this trail. I also highly recommend Washington Oaks, just up A1A, and Captains BBQ. Enjoy!!"
