Although you’ll be close to it all at Brighton Cottage, you’ll feel like you’re in your own little world when you arrive. Designed to maximize privacy and provide complete comfort, Brighton Cottage features an elegant open layout, tons of natural light, and a stunning modern design. The living room has airy high ceilings, lots of large windows, and a comfortable sectional sofa and armchairs. On the first floor, the first of two master suites has a king-size bed, a private outdoor sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. Up the spiral staircase, the second master suite features a king-size bed, an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private deck space. A third bedroom has a king bed, while two more bedrooms are bunk rooms with twin-over-twin bunks. Another spiral staircase leads up to a third-floor loft area with two cozy twin-size beds tucked under the eaves, views of the Gulf, a seating area with HDTV, and a fun foosball table. "Remarkable Rosemary Find!!!!
Brighton Cottage did not disappoint! Location-furnishings-convenience-everything was exceptional! The property management company was professional and extremely helpful before, during and throughout checkout. "Management company was great; house needs work
Brighton Cottage is in a superb location in Rosemary Beach. The house itself is begging for basic cleaning and maintenance. It's likely a cash cow for the owners, but they should invest in repainting, cleaning, and generally keeping the house aligned with the vision in the property's description. The grill did not work, several lights were out including the appliance lights, and the window shades were ratty. Generally, this property has a great location, but its decor is dated and is begging for some standard care. "

"Perfect house and location!
Brighton Cottage was a perfect house for our crew of 3 couples. The beds were comfortable, the house was outfitted well, the beach was hardly more than a minutes walk and the city center was also walkable. The only feedback is that the coffee table is a little wobbly and one of the bikes had a loud clicking sound when ridden. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Property Manager A+; House C+
Property manager did a great job, super communication, and responded immediately when we had an issue with downstairs AC (they had a tech out there at 9pm the first night a little while after we called). So A+ for them.

House positives: ideal location (close to Walkover A entrance to beach, 1 min walk to Coquina Pool, and next to playground). Can't get much better location in Rosemary, which is why we chose the home.

House negatives: We have rented houses in Rosemary Beach for over 10 years and this is the most dated one we've stayed in. We have stayed on the beach and gulf sides of the town. The fixtures, appliances, and furnishings are very worn. There were no locks on any of the bedroom or bathroom doors. The baseboards were starting to look pretty bad in areas like the kitchen and bathrooms.

Look, I get it, if you can still rent your home who cares, right? If you want a Rosemary home that's up to the aesthetic standards of the other ones look elsewhere. If you just want a place to stay in Rosemary near the pool and beach and don't mind that it needs a material interior upgrade then this place is totally fine."

"Serenity, Character, and Beauty are found in Rosemary
Brighton Cottage was a fabulous choice for our group of 4 couples who’ve been renting homes in Destiny By The Sea every year for the last 10 years. We wanted to try a new environment and boy are we happy with our choice. Brighton Cottage is well appointed, was very clean, is in great repair, and is super close to the beach. We loved having coffee on the upstairs screen porch, and the privacy of the courtyard in the back. Our group made good use of the bikes, and we loved the walkways all thru the Rosemary area. The shops and restaurants are a short walk from Brighton. The management company was proactive in checking to make sure everything was to our liking and super responsive when we had a small question. We’ll definitely be back "

"Cheap on supplies
The house is beautiful, and located steps from the walkover to the beach and next to a playground. There's a beautiful screened in porch upstairs, but the yard is so so if hanging out is your thing. There are lots of bedrooms, it's clear that owners wanted to maximize sleeping spaces, but that came at the expense of bathrooms or even a nook to work in. The top level does not have a bathroom or air-conditioning so it got pretty hot up there.

My biggest beef is how cheap they were with the basics. Not sure if this is the homeowner's choice or the management company's. This is the 6th time we've stayed in RMB and the third property we've tried and it's the same thing every year with every home. It galls me that you pay thousands of dollars to stay a week and these people just can't give you enough basics like shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen came with one single solitary roll of paper towels, and not even salt or some kind of a surface cleaner.

If you're renting from RMB be prepared to spend half your time running over the store to get all the things you'll discover missing every day of your stay.

"Steps away
You can’t beat the location just steps from the beach. Overall very satisfied as the rental agency was very responsive when we requested kitchen pots. Brand new ones were brought as well as new glasses.
Kitchen could use inventory audit (needs new knife set, measuring cup and couple other items). We didn’t use the 3rd level that has additional beds but glad we didn’t need it as it was too hot to sleep up there. There are only 3 full baths. Otherwise, a great pet friendly home. "

"Beautiful Home steps from the beach
Brighton Cottage exceeded our expectations. It was large, incredibly clean, updated and modern with fresh linens and it is in a very convenient location in Rosemary Beach. The house has a two car garage with a parking pad behind it. This is extremely valuable because parking is very difficult to find sometimes. Over the garage is a guest house that rents separately. You won't hear a sound from your neighbors during your stay. The A/C worked beautifully. The only drawback was that there was no hot water in the kitchen - but we used the dishwasher so no problem. The shower water pressure is unbelievably strong! I would stay here again and again."

"Family getaway
We enjoyed our vacation here with our adult children. The location is really close to the beach, everything you need is within walking distance. We did have a pedal fall off of one of the bikes, I let the management company know and the bike was replaced within 24 hours. We really enjoyed the upper level screened in living area. There is a nice neighborhood park for families with young children right in front of the home. The area is patrolled nicely with security, which keeps the area safe and pretty quiet. It is pricey, but we would recommend this home, area, and management company."

"Great dog-friendly property right near the beach
Stayed at Brighton Cottage for a working month long vacation. It was great and I highly recommend. House is very nice and open with a clean and simple decor. Especially loved the screened-in second level porch. Management company provided great service, for example Wi-Fi went out twice (which I hear is common in the area) and they responded immediately. The rest of my comments are not at all complaints, but perhaps of interest to future renters: Kids park right across the street. Great if you have kids, but you do hear the noise from it especially from the aforementioned porch. Coach house in back rents separately so someone may be staying behind you, but we never even noticed because the layout of backyard is separated. Two of the king beds are on the firm side and the other is a new Casper bed. "

"Brighton Cottage Experience
First of all, 30A Luxury Vacations we very helpful during our stay. Their staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. The house we clean upon arrival and the app makes the checkin process very efficient. Location was 2 minutes from entry A to the beach and the playground in front of the house was great for our grandson. There is nice pool 2 mins walk as well. Our only issues with the property were the garage. It was not wide or long enough for our 2021 Suburban which necessitated parking on the street and that can be a challenge. Given the size of the house they could use a standard size washer and dryer, the stacked one provided worked, but they are small. Internet was reliable and fast. Kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. AC worked best downstairs and even though the second floor has its own system, it stayed a little warm requiring fans. The third floor was very warm and doesn't have it own AC. I would recommend this property and 30A Luxury Vacations. "

"Great Time Had by All
We really enjoyed our stay in the Brighton Cottage. The house was clean and had a great design/flow. The house is a couple hundred yards to the beach via walkway A and even less to access the Coquina Pool. There was plenty of "nooks" to hang out with family and play games, chat, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook. Would recommend and hope to visit again soon!
