This 3rd floor walk up condo, no elevator access, is a 1 bed/1.5 bath pool front unit, with a large deck outside to enjoy the Gulf breeze! Have a cup of coffee while watching the sun rise over the Gulf of Mexico! Nicely stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjacent to the dining room. Nice, comfy new furniture in the spacious living area which is open to the kitchen and dining area. The main bedroom has a king size bed. There is also a queen size and twin sleeper sofa in the living room area. Mustang Island Beach Club is located just 3 miles outside of the town of Port A right next to Port Royal. Nice lagoon pool and beach access is a bit less than a 1/2 mile walk. Parking for 2 maximum. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

"A comfy stay
My husband and I and our two pups enjoyed staying here. From the balcony we could view the pool and even the ocean off at a distance. I love that there were plenty of clean grassy areas for the pups. I would prefer a brighter light outside the front door but overall,it was a pleasant stay."

"It was a great stay
The pace we stayed was clean, cool and well equipped. It was a convenient location and had great amenities. My only complaint was one of the windows did not have a blind on it, it was in the office area, but one of my kids did sleep in there, so that would have been nice to have had a blind in there. The kids said the sofa bed was the most comfy they had ever slept on and the office room couch made it a great stay for a family of 5. "

"Best Location and Condo Yet. Happy New Year!
Fantasea Cove Condo MIBC212 provided another great stay in Port Aransas. Actually this was the best condo yet and we like the fact it wasn't in the heart of the busy, noisy downtown area. Great 1 bedroom with nice bonus reading room. Clean and ready to go. Full bath and roomy shower as well as second powder bathroom/toilet. Wonderful and spacious deck with nice sitting and table. Well provisioned kitchen. Comfortable bed. Two entries to the deck. Covered parking in the ground level garage under the condos. Great heated pool and hot tub. BBQ pits as well (which we used one evening to cook the fresh fish from Paul's Fish Market). Walk to the beach. Could watch the waves and the sunrise from the deck. Very short drive to town for groceries, fish market, dining out etc. Will definitely plan on staying at this specific site and condo again. Longer next time. Check In and Check Out was professional and easy as it alway has been with Port A Escapes. We enjoyed a very relaxing couple of days before the New Year began. Thanks for another fun Port A get away! "

"Nice getaway
The overall stay was nice. The unit was pretty outdated but if that’s not something you care about then this place is wonderful. The only downside was that there was damage on the floors and ceiling that were eye sores. "

"Enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, and was in a nice location for a quiet get away. The bed was really comfortable! I have a really expensive bed at home and some get always leave me happy to get home to my own bed. I could have stayed another week in that bed, it was wonderful! We did have one maintenance issue that arose but it was resolved in a very satisfactory manner. I would absolutely stay in this unit again :) "

"Escaping Confinement
I loved it so much, I am already saving to return! The condo was lovely...plenty of cooking utensils, a comfy bed, and a fabulous balcony. (Very clean!) A few minor hiccups as in getting locked out, but a phone call solved my issues within a matter of minutes. It was everything I wanted and then some, I even booked an additional night to my 4 night stay! Love!"

"Cute, but HOT
The condo was a great size for our family (two adults, a baby, and a dog) and was clean. For the most part it supplied everything we needed for our trip. However, it was HOT! We checked in not long after the cleaning crew had left (around 3) and after a day at the beach, arriving to a warm 78 degree condo was not fun. We tried to get it to cool down to 76-75 and the Nest thermostat said it would take 2+ hours to do so. We left for dinner while letting it cool and came back to the condo at 80 degreesI I called maintenance to put in an order and they were supposed to call me back, but we never received one. It took a whole DAY to finally cool off. Another downfall was the location to the beach. We thought it was a little closer and while it does have a boardwalk to access the beach, you either have to walk .3 of a mile to get there or drive your car there, which seems redundant. "

"Mustang Island Beach Club
Perfect condo for us. Clean, well furnished, great ocean view from the deck. Other guests and condo owners were friendly and made good suggestions for dining, fishing, etc. Beach is 1/4 mile walk and is awesome. Alex the owner was terrific--made us feel welcome and was open to contact at any time. Pool and spa were big on our lists and really enjoyed them both. Small condo complex which made for a very friendly environment. Would go back in a heartbeat."

We frequent the Texas coast at least twice a summer, and my family and I are always looking at different places to stay, mainly bc most of the good places get booked up so fast, but I will be looking out for open days next summer for this rental or at least others in the community, really enjoyed our stay. "Better like it hot
The a/c is blocked to cool past 74 and when you arrive it is set to 78 so it takes at least 11 hours to cool the unit. After a day in 100 degrees, my dog & I want cold and they do not offer. We had to start the dishwasher, take out all the trash & set the thermostat to 78 before leaving or we were threatened with fees (where am I - camp? I paid for this unit and I have to take out all the trash?!?) Too many stickers in the grass & the dog couldn't even use the dog area. Patio door would not unlock & several outlets did not work & prop mgmt could care less (rude!)."
