Night Heron offers privacy while still being close to all the amenities that Sea Pines has to offer. The main floor features a renovated kitchen, living and dining room, guest bedroom and master bedroom/bath also located on the main floor. On the second floor there is a loft which has two twin beds, ideal for kids looking to have there own space. It is accessed by a spiral staircase. The deck features a great view of the lagoon and trees surrounding the cottage, high top table with four chairs and a gas grill.
Sea Pines has it all! Three championship golf courses, bike trails, numerous shops & restaurants plus the famous Harbour Town Lighthouse. Walk, Bike or Drive through Sea Pines and you can explore some of the best sights on Hilton Head. The activities include, Lawton Horse Stables, Sea Pines Forest Preserve with 605 acres, South Beach Marina, Harbour Town Marina, and The Sea Pines Beach Club just to name a few. "Dirty, dirty, dirty
We just stayed over 4th of July week and although the location was good and the management staff was awesome, we were VERY disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. There were spider webs and giant spiders (dead and alive) everywhere. We have pictures of some of these spiders as well as large bugs that were coming through a gap between the ceiling and wall in the spare bedroom, from what we could tell. My son had a large brown bug in his spare bedroom that he swore was a cockroach... I'm going with palmetto bug for my sanity, but it doesn't really matter, they should not be climbing walls and entering through the ceiling. The floors were nasty and I can't even get into what the floor around the bottom of the toilets looked like. I do not forsee us staying here again."

"Love this house - 2nd time here
We've stayed at this house two years in a row. It's a great spot for our family of 5. Plenty of room with a resilient feel for our crazy kids. Nice enough to enjoy, but not so nice I'm constantly worried about them breaking something. It's the perfect chill beach house. "

"Over price for the poor conditions of the property
This property need a huge cleanup: upholstery are dirty, the mattress is in poor condition, the glassware were not clean. The cushions on the bed were spotted and dirty (dusty), a lot of dust between wall and nightstand and under the bed. These conditions of dirtiness were found everywhere inside and the BBQ is in the same dirty conditions.
We will not do business anymore with Seashore Vacations because the bad conditions of this property.

"Comfortable and Great Location
We enjoyed a fabulous week at 62 Night Heron. This villa is conveniently located close to the beach, bike trails and restaurants/amenities in and near Sea Pines - The Beach Club, South Beach and Harbourtown. Restaurants enjoyed - Truffles, Reilley's, Mellow Mushroom and Charbar in the Harris Teeter plaza. The villa is nicely furnished with very comfortable beds. We recommend 62 Night Heron and the management company, who were very attentive to our needs. Excellent customer service."

"Great vacation
Our family enjoyed staying at this rental. It had plenty of space for a family of 4 and was in walking distance to the beach and pool. We also were able to bike anywhere. We would like to go. Some of the kitchen equipment could use a refresh. And we could have used the code to the bathrooms at the pool. We had a drain problem in the master bathroom (which could also use an update) and the sliding glass doors to the porch, while usable were kind of hard to open and the screen was torn so it was not able to be used to keep out bugs. It was not a pristine and perfect rental, but it met the needs for a family for comfortable stay overall."

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable furnishings were provided. We enjoyed the wildlife at the lagoon, including alligators, anhingas, and a great blue heron and baby bird in nest over the water. Nice, quiet location. Nice walk to the beach. We would recommend this property."

"Lovely Getaway
First of all, Seashore Vacations is my go-to when booking a rental on the Island! The entire Seashore team are amazing, super helpful and curtious.
Night Heron was a lovely gem, and I've stayed at a number of different areas within Sea Pines. This is the perfect antidote to city living.
Perfect for a couple of couples, friends and I can see kids enjoying the loft upstairs.
Highly recommend this rental and the Seashore experience!!

"Pictures are misleading but it was OK except could hear snoring .
Location was good but wall is so thin so snoring and talking in the next room could be heard too loud. No enough toilet papers(maybe $2-3) for $1300 rent. door to the deck cannot be open more than 1/4. pots and pans were all in bad quality(maybe got from garage sale). "

"perfect!
First time visiting Hilton Head and we chose the PERFECT place to stay with this rental. Location was ideal: steps to the bike path, 3 min walk to beach, beautiful water view from back porch. The house itself was 10/10: new washer/dryer delivered while we were there, everything super clean, had AC, gas grill, dishwasher, and all we needed for a week in paradise. Loved it so much that we are planning to be repeat renters!!"

overall Night Heron 62 was a great rental experience. The only issue we had was with the washer. It did not spin-dry the clothes very well even with the "max extraction" option being utilized. Clothes were still dripping wet. May be a malfunction with the unit. Unit was very clean and effecient. "

The house was gross. Most dishes were filthy, covered with dried food. The bathrooms were nasty. The stove made some weird creeping noise when I used it. The house has potential if it was maintained and cleaned. The sofas and chairs were in need of a good deep clean or replacement. "
