Let's start with the views. The 3rd floor oceanfront visuals offer more than beautiful ocean front views but also boasts views of the Par 3 signature Jack Nicklaus designed green. The boardwalk to the beach is right beside the building for quick beach access. The king master suite with the private slider to the lanai is a unique design to this particular floor plan. The 2nd King Bedroom and 3rd bunk bedroom offers HD Flat Screens for movie watching and privacy.

In addition to the beach and pools, you'll enjoy a number of activities in this pristine location. Canoe, kayak, sail or take a boat out on one of the area's many canals and waterways. Miles and miles of scenic trails are perfect for walking, jogging, biking and bird-watching. Enjoy a picnic or hike one of the 40 local parks and preserves. Swim with the dolphins at Marineland. Explore historic sites in the nation's oldest city, St. Augustine. Walk the pier in Flagler Beach or satisfy your need for speed at the Daytona International Speedway.

There is a lot to do and see, or choose to relax and do nothing at all. We're close enough for a day trip to Orlando, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center and more. When you're ready to escape the crowds and traffic, you can come back here and enjoy the “quiet side of Florida.”

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $250.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"Summer Florida Trip
Absolutely wonderful location!!! Everyone loved to easy access to the private beach and the condo made our stay even more special. The condo had every thing we needed for our visit. We will definitely be returning!!!

The only recommendation I would add it to inform future guests that there is an elevator and luggage cart available. We didn't realize this until later in the day and we carried all our luggage up three flights of stairs. We did use it on our departure.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo and we tried to leave it as clean as we found it.

"Cinnamon Beach Unit 532
This is the second time we have stayed in this location but the first time for this condo. It was very clean and beautiful and well appointed. The only reason I gave this condo 4 stars in because of the storage space in the 2 smaller bedrooms. There is a very cute little dresser that is very eye appealing but no way to reasonably unpack because of the size of the drawers. We had to live out of our suit case all week. While that was truly the only discomfort staying in this beautiful condo, it was a bit inconvenient.
Everything else was great. The location was great. we spent most of our time at the pool which was very clean and nice. The complex has a little restaurant and bar, however, as I mentioned this is the second time staying here (once in August and now in May), and I have never seen it open. We just took own refreshments to the pool and that wasn't a problem. We would definitely stay in this complex again. It was well worth the very reasonable price."

"Beautiful large home right on the beach
We loved staying in this beach home. It’s absolutely beautiful, comfortable and the beachview from the porch is gorgeous. This 3 bedrm (one king, one queen, one double with bunk) unit is huge! Beds are comfortable, unit is very clean. I love that two beach chairs and a rolling cooler is provided! This area is very quiet but just a few minutes to restaurants, Publix, etc. Would definitely rent this unit again!"
