The room and amenities were great. Had AC problems and was fixed immediately. The game systems and telescope have been messed with and are not usable. The construction wasn't too bad. "

It was noisy in Jan. with the construction going on but in Feb it is fine.
Carpet was dirty and stained. should be replaced or cleaned. Didn't have a vacuum cleaner to use. Microwave door would not stay closed, had to hold it shut to be used.
Would conditionally recommend the unit to a friend."

WHILE A RECLINER MAY NOT SEEM IMPORTANT TO SOME WITH MY MEDICAL CONDITION I CAN ONLY SPEND AN HOUR OR SO IN ANY BED AT NIGHT EVEN AT HOME.THE AVAILABLITY OF THE RECLINER IN THIS UNIT MADE OUR CHOICE OF THIS UNIT A NO BRAINER.CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY MORE UNITS DO NOT OFFER A RECLINER BECAUSE I AM PRETTY SURE I MAY NOT BE THE ONLY PERSON WHO LOVES TO TRAVEL BUT HAS THIS SAME ISSUE."

"Nice location, unit needs some work
We stayed for a week and in that time I was locked out 4 times. The code worked and the light turned green, it just would not unlock. Management was great and very helpful and on the final lock out they did come and replace the lock. When the AC is running you KNOW IT, sounds like a jet. I did notice passing other units when their AC was on it was much quieter from the outside. This unit is very loud. We had a few issues with outlets not working, in particular the master bedroom where the tv is plugged in, that did not work. The hall bath tub filled with water when you take a shower and then if you want to take a bath the stop did not work and it leaked water out. It was a no win with that bathroom. I would suggest bigger pots in the kitchen other wise forget making even pasta. I would return to Surf Dweller just not this one."

Great condo Kitchen could use couple of things, a large pot to boil shrimp, only small saucepans. Also only a few wine glasses and coffee mugs, had to keep washing those by hand for next use. Brooks and Shorey terrific to rent from. Loved our complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Devin, our very personable beach attendant had ours set and reserved for us each day and gave us lots of info on places to eat, etc. Our condo combination didn't unlock our unit when we first arrived. Brooks and Shorey had someone there in five minutes to correct the problem. Great service and communication with our rental process."

My stay at Surf Dweller 510 was great. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. The location was perfect. The view and ease of getting to the beach, phenomenal!! The included chair and umbrella a definite plus. The available activities very nice. My only complaint was that the unit was previously booked for the end of the week. I would have loved to stay there the entire week. Now if it were pet friendly , it would be perfect for me "

"Nice stay
The rental is in a good location, close to everything you need but not in the center of the hustle and bustle. The unit is in an older building but it was very clean. We just had a few minor issues with a lamp without a lightbulb, not being able to get the TV in the masterbedroom to work, and not having enough regular size coffee mugs. Otherwise, we were very comfortable. I did think it would have been nice if Kleenex and a kitchen scrub pad would have been provided for dishes--we had to go out and buy those items after we arrived."

Very spacious condo with large deck. Unit location on 5th floor affords great views and is several units down from elevator so is quiet. Nice to have 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom. Full-size washer/drawer and very large kitchen. Comfortable furniture, but beds could be a bit firmer. Lots of wonderful books! Mid-May was perfect weather for our trip, ocean was calm and swimming was great. "

"Wonderful stay
This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this particular condo. The location is great, the beach service and discounts on activities are nice. It's great having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so couples don't have to share. And having a patio door in the master suite is amazing!!! My only complaint is there are some repairs that could be done in the unit- like some areas of the ceiling that are peeling and a coffee table that looks like someone sat on it and broke it and it's been like that for 2 years. Overall, it's a very clean and a nice place to stay. And the location is wonderful! "

Easy, easy, easy from booking to check out. Spacious with large balcony. Felt very private with a wonderful view. Quick and easy access to the beach. Travis was amazing with the chairs and umbrellas daily.
