This a very comfortable, very spacious 2-bedroom 2 bath beach front condo approx. 1475 square feet. It is located on the third floor of this complex. There is a private 30-foot balcony that faces the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom faces the beach, and it is furnished with a King size bed. The spacious guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds, and the living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. This unit is beautifully decorated with plantation shutters on the balcony windows. Gives it the feel of the Keys with the views of paradise. There are TV's and DVD players in each room and WI-FI internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. The cabinets are well stocked for the family that loves to cook. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the separate laundry room for your convenience. This unit offers complimentary beach service for your pleasure.

Cancellations to any reservation results in forfeiture of $200.00 advance rent deposit. Changes to the booking have to be made Thirty (30) days prior to arrival for Short Term reservations. Sixty (60) days prior to arrival for Monthly reservations. Once final balance is paid there are NO REFUNDS due to cancellation. If you have purchased Travel Insurance with CSA you would need to contact them with questions regarding claims.1-866-4018

Full payment is due fourteen (14) prior to arrival for SHORT TERM reservations. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashier’s checks, or a personal check if not we will bill your credit card on file for these charges.
MONTHLY rentals must be paid by check or cash only Thirty (30) DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

"bEACH TIME
was a little nervous as we had not been to this condo, as we enjoyed where we had been before. Outside was not wonderful, but once inside wow, the view of the beach was spectacular....great space for us...large balcony....we loved it...nice and clean....the only thing we were missing was a kettle...but yes we would be back...easy access to the beach...which is great as my hubby has limited walking etc...beach was so clean and great for kids

Our family memories from the days on the beach and on various boats are cherished. The building had multiple issues such elevator repairs all week, poor WiFi connection if and when it worked, must bring your own trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels...I understand buying groceries, but one would think they could Provide more than two trash bags for seven day stay for a family of five. Overall, unit itself was nice. Gorgeous view from our balcony. Chair service and guys were very nice and friendly. Great location!"

"Independence Day Celebration 2017
Our family visits Okaloosa Island a couple of times every year. We love that the island isn't busy, no high rises and no traffic. We had never stayed at then surf Dweller before, but we loved the larger unit and our condo felt like home. The condo was decorated very personable, had a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating inside and on the patio. The pool was very large compared to some other complexes and had a nice covered picnic area which our family took advantage of having a poolside picnic. I recommend this unit and complex!"

"Fun in the SUN!!
This unit was absolutely perfect for us. While it isn't the newest kid on the block it is very well maintained, very clean and very well equipped with a ton of appointments. There is plenty of beach equipment and we also contributed to them by leaving a mask, snorkel, and shovel. There is plenty of kitchen utensils and dishware. The balcony is huge and the view was fantastic. The included beach umbrella and chairs was an added amenity that we used daily. The value that this property provided was incredible and you would be hard pressed to find a better bang for your buck. i will definitely choose this property to stay at the next time i visit."

Great unit, great location, very well kept up. Carpet had been replaced even since our visit last year. A few dings and nicks in furniture of the most minor appearance. Mgmnt is super fast to respond to concerns if any, this is our go to spot each year, you can't beat the location. Price is a little high at about $300/night but it was prime vacation season. "

This was the 4th year we went through Alicia, the other 3 were fine. This year they didn't call us to tell us about the construction until a few days before we had to leave to go down. They also substantially raised the rent without prior notice. When I went in to discuss the issue Chris was very condesening! Will never recommend Alicia's again."

This was a special vacation because I went with my daughter, her husband and her 4 children. The kids had never seen the ocean before and to have the ocean right out the back door was awesome. "The rental property was everything we had hoped it would be!
Outstanding service in coordinating with the management staff in setting up the reservation and checking in/out. Rental property was perfect - beautiful 2-bedroom, nicely decorated, spacious, wonderful view, clean, all the amenities (less beach chairs due to government per diem rate), and wireless internet worked. When we return to Fort Walton Beach on business or pleasure trip, I would definitely try to stay in this same rental property. "
