There is a table for dining al fresco, a barbecue to make cooking easier, lots of lounge chairs, and a fire pit in the spacious backyard…so indoor/outdoor living is easy here.
This 1750 sq. ft. 1-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that sleeps six in beds comfortably, is also a great option for anyone who wishes to spend the winter months in a warmer climate in a beautiful seaside community.
Walk up the serene, tree-lined brick sidewalk of this home and when you open the door you will find yourself in a sunny great room with lots of large windows – making it feel light, bright, and airy.
The living room area has lots of comfortable cluster seating from which everyone can watch the large flat screen TV. A ceiling fan, for your comfort, is also a wonderful extra.
Next to the living room is a dining table for 4-6 with a kitchen nearby that has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires – just add the food and camaraderie and have fun.
The master queen bedroom also has a ceiling fan, a large closet, and shares an updated bath with the second queen bedroom, which also has a large closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds so this home comfortably sleeps a maximum of 6 people in beds.
There is also a second full shared bathroom – and all bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.

This home is unusual in that it has a large, private back yard where kids and pets can play, you can dine al fresco, then enjoy an interlude by the fire pit at days end.

There is no smoking inside or outside this property – NO EXCEPTIONS!
This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning, but it does have ceiling fans to keep you comfortable.
The homeowner has chosen a 24-hour hold time to insure adequate time for thorough cleaning, disinfection, and inspection between reservations for the time-being.
This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as required by local city noise ordinance.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
Cleaning Fees - SeaBreeze uses only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
The cancellation of a reservation with stay dates immediately impacted by state-issued travel restrictions and/or those impacted by a state-initiated regression in the re-opening phases will result in a credit of the full value of payments made to be used in the next 12 months.
