Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the heart of Miami Beach, this Oceanfront Condominium Resort known as The Alexander, is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. There are two heated pools and hot tubs. We are also located within minutes from major attractions and night life – less than 2 miles to the center of South Beach. HORA VACATION RENTALS owns as well as manages many of the finest units in this beach resort.
Apartment 1419 at The Alexander (14th floor) is a 3 Bedroom Signature Suite that sleeps large groups. This is a one-of-a-kind magnificent renovated 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom unit. Apartment is 1200 square ft plus a 120 sq. ft. balcony (20 ft long) with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean to the east, intracoastal waterways and Miami city skyline views to the west. Apartment has southern exposure to bring you sunshine all day and evening sunsets that will amaze you. Master bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat screen TV, its own private bathroom including a 5 foot bathtub with shower. 2nd Bedroom has 2 queen double beds, flat screen TV and is adjacent to a full bathroom that has a 5 foot shower with body sprays. 3rd bedroom is small but open off living room area and has 2 adult twin beds which can be left separate or joined as a king that can sleep 2 additional guests or can be used as a private nursery for a baby or for young children. There is an additional bonus guest half bathroom in hallway. Kitchen has granite counter tops, shaker style cabinets and is fully equipped with a double bowl stainless sink, side by side refrigerator freezer, double oven with cook top, microwave, all cookware, serving utensils and dishes for 10. Living room area with desk, sofa and recliner and large screen flat screen TV. Dining area has a table which seats 8-10. Washer/dryer is available in the apartment. Included is unlimited local and long distance Canada and Puerto Rico) telephone service, Wi-Fi internet and expanded cable TV.
Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 7 guests, each additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum 11 guests. Select number of adults and children and rates will adjust accordingly.
Rental includes complimentary use of fitness center, concierge, bellhop, Wi-Fi, valet parking (fees apply), gift shop, coin operated washer/dryer on each floor, swimming pools, hot tubs, pool towels, lounges and umbrellas at pool. There is a play area and bonus public playground just one block away. Resort offers for additional fees beach chair rentals and water sports. There is a beauty salon and spa located on the 4th floor. Conveniently located just minutes from South Beach and minutes from the Miami International Airport, the Port of Miami, Brickell and downtown business district. Golf courses and tennis courts nearby, glamorous night life entertainment, including LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel, Eden Roc, Lincoln Mall, Coconut Grove, the Bal Harbour Shoppe’s and Aventura Mall all minutes away.
You have selected a unit which is classified as a "unit type." In the rare event that an unexpected maintenance issue occurs and the unit selected becomes unavailable, a unit will be assigned that is consistent in size and value to the unit type you selected.
Disclaimer: Construction of the Alexander exterior facade, balconies, upper second pool deck and hallways is expected to continue through the winter of 2018, weekdays between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. On Saturdays there may be some lighter work done. This may cause some inconvenience including some intermittent noise and some balcony closures. Some building amenities may be closed until construction completion.

When booking more than 60 days prior to arrival date, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Total bill must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Within 60 days of arrival full payment is required at time of reservation. If cancellation is made more than 90 days from arrival a 10% (but not less than $250) cancellation fee is assessed. For cancellations between 31 and 60 days of arrival a 50% cancellation fee is assessed. Cancellations 30 days or less from reservation are non-refundable. However, Holidays and Special Event rentals are non-refundable reservations. Holiday dates include- Christmas, New Years, President’s Week, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Easter and Passover and Special Event dates such as Caribbean Festival, Boat Show, Music Festival, Basil Art Show, etc. To protect your payment we recommend you review and purchase Travel Insurance which may protect your advanced payments by reimbursing you for out-of-pocket nonrefundable expenses in the event of cancellation.
• A reservation is officially canceled when the guest notifies HORA by e-mail to indicating reason for cancellation and Guest in turn has received a reply email from HORA acknowledging receipt of such cancellation notice.
• If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
• HORA, in its sole discretion has the final say in all disputes regarding refunds outside of the cancellation policy.
