Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. "Almost Very Good
Property was clean and well maintained. Booking and check in could not be any smoother. Our bed was clean and comfortable and the condo was newly renovated and very nice. Our only complaint has to do with some guests using the pool. Every day during our stay, the pool was taken over by a few people who played loud music, smoked, vaped, and drank beer while in the pool. Between people standing in the pool drinking and several floats on the water, no one else could enjoy the pool. Why have rules if they are not going to be enforced? Next time we will stay somewhere else."

"Winter Stay with Toddlers
We loved our stay in Island Princess 608! 10/10 would stay again. My husband and our three girls (4, 2.5, and 1) felt right at home in the condo - plenty of space to spread out and play. The heated pools were a huge plus for the chiller weather, and the views from the balcony can’t be beat. I’ve been vacationing in Ft. Walton beach with my family for almost three decades, and Island Princess is definitely in the top five of favorite properties to stay. Thanks again! "

Great stay at Island Princess. The door to the balcony required lubrication, very hard to open. Door handle was cracked and broke the last day. Noisy due to being by the elevator. Will find a different room next time for the noise factor."

"Excellent Place & Beautiful View
My family and I have been taking beach vacations with our girls since they were little. We’ve been to Destin, Fort Myers, And Gulf Shores. This place in Fort Walton was simply amazing. Beautiful views, not a ton of traffic, and a wonderfully maintained condo. We had an absolute blast. The beach was so close, and extremely easy access to the pools. Several great restaurants, ice cream, and coffee within walking distance, and so much more within a 5 min drive. Would happily stay here repeatedly with my family. Thank you Brooks and Shorey. "

The condo's condition was not perfect, but perfect enough for our stay. Looked to updated appliances, the bed was comfy, the views were beautiful. We loved the location, it was just a short drive anywhere we wanted to go. The condo could use a little TLC, but we are pretty sure the price reflected that. "Fort Walton Beach Rental
We had a wonderful stay. We loved sitting on our balcony, listening to the waves. It was great having beach umbrellas and chairs available for use. We were surprised with the opportunity to partake in various excursions, complimentary for one of us. We took the dolphin catamaran ride and loved it. The location was close to restaurants. The condo was very clean. Brooks and Shirley personnel were fantastic at providing details on our stay prior to arrival. We had no issues with our condo during our stay so had no reason to call them. It was a five star vacation."

"We made the best of it
The smell was revolting as we entered, tried calling the office(closed at the time of arrival), but I didn’t see it as an emergency so we targeted the problem and did our best to correct it. For the price tag I did expect a bit more, but complaining comes with the cost of time. The only compensation was a thank you for letting them know that elevators were out, heads up on the rest. "

Went very well. Check in and check out very simple. Got a quick response to my questions via email prior to arrival. Condo very nice, good location. Liked the extra half bath. "Amazing Stay!!
This unit was perfect for my family of 4. It was very clean,the bed was comfortable, the kids loved the bunks and the family room furniture was nice. We enjoyed the balcony, however keep in mind the way they are positioned you have less privacy than what we are used too. Not an issue for us but could be for others. Also, being right outside the elevator and having a dedicated parking space was great. We did not have any noise outside our bedroom in the evenings. "

Place was clean, roomy, nice, great location, but would choose a different unit next time. I wish I had researched the room more, as the master bedroom was at the front door and I prefer it on the ocean side of the unit. That being said, unit was by the elevator, noisy. "B&S Vacation
Every thing exceeded our expectations. We were not able to take advantage of the “freebies “ because we could not get proper cell service. It would have been more convenient for us to have vouchers we could use spontaneously. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our selves. It was our second visit and we have plans to return with family in tow!! Four star at least ! The only negative for us was when we went beach side we were assigned seats instead of picking our own. We were early with only a couple there and they had already decided where we should be. That was disappointing. I had to choose second row with entire left side empty?? Confused and dissatisfied with only that. Every thing else was wonderful. RHilton"

"Beautiful condo on the beach
Great Condo with beautiful gulf views and just steps from the beach. We saw dolphins right from our balcony several times. The beach is quieter area and had really soft white sand. Good location with nearby shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Nice pool and hot tub. Condo had key code entry so no need to keep track of a key or key card. "

The view was spectacular. The rest was uncomfortable. The bed was hard as a rock, the furniture has body oil stains and is uncomfortable, the motto seems to be fix vs replace. I ended up leaving prior to my checkout day due to not being able to rest on my vacation. I will NOT be staying here again. "

The kitchen was wonderful along with the views. The shower was moldy and needs updating. The bed was absolutely horrible. It was so hard, and this is coming from someone who prefers a firm mattress. The couch was not comfortable at all. The elevators are slow and hot! Condo is overpriced!"

We loved the condo , the only thing we didn’t realize the balcony was too close to the others on each side. My wife couldn’t stay on the balcony long because the condo to the east was full of smokers , at least on the balcony. Otherwise is was a beautiful condo , with all the amenities we enjoyed are stay.
