"I can’t say enough good things about our experience at this new port beach house. This beach house is family dream vacation. This was our second year booking with Classic Properties. Shauntelle is absolutely amazing at making sure every detail is taken care of. The house was very comfortable for all 18 of us. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautifully remodeled. Both of the living room spaces are big enough to accommodate a group our size. There is so much to do right by the house from restaurants to the fun zone and even an ice cream shop next door. We look forward to making this beach house our permanent family vacation for years to come. "

"We had so much fun staying in this oceanfront beach house. The access to the beach was amazing! We enjoyed our time at many local restaurants and ice cream shops.we went whale watching and rented bikes to ride right on the board walk in front of the beach house. The little kids had so much fun at the Ferris wheel and sea lion boat tour. Can’t wait to come again.

Shauntelle was very attentive and accommodating. We would definitely book through her again. The beach house was clean and spacious. Loved all the bathrooms and double kitchens/front rooms. "

"I rented this property for my daughters 18th. It was perfect, we rented the upper apartment out. It was perfect with so much space for entertaining and sleeping arrangements. It had everything we needed and was in the perfect location with lots of parking spaces around. The view was to die for with the beautiful sunset. Theres a great size balcony for entertaining to with a BBQ. TVs in every room. Shauntelle was amazing. She made everything so easy to organize and made sure everything was how we wanted it. She even made it over to come and meet me and my daughter and brought my daughter a birthday gift and balloons. I could not be more thankful for everything and we will definitely be booking again in the future."

"Mixed a mini Staycation with a 60th Birthday celebration and it was FABULOUS!!

First the ease and communication with renting the beachfront property was stress free. I had inquired with a couple of other rentals in the area but for different reasons decided to go with Shauntelle. She was very responsive and very friendly. Her excitement about the area gets you excited for your trip. And the accommodations and area do not disappoint.

We were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday with a dinner party. Guests included out-of-state family and local family and friends. The 4 bedrooms (and futons) and 3 baths were perfect for the party and the guests that stayed for our 4 nights stay. The large TV in the living room was perfect for watching the Rams/Cowboys game on Sunday afternoon (a must since our out of town family are from Texas). We played volleyball on the beach on the nets located about 100+ feet from the front door. Walked the beach, the pier and over to the Balboa Fun Zone. We didn’t do the fire pits but those were really close to us, also. It really is in a great location.

My husband loved his birthday weekend and a good time was had by ALL!!

"This vacation was the best vacation my family had ever been on. There were 18 of us and we fit perfectly in this house. It is right by the pier and many restaurants near by within walking distance. We rode bikes, fished off the pier, paddle boarded in the bay, played at the fun zone, had many night time bonfires and played on the beach everyday. There is a bike rental right by the house and an ice cream shop that the grandkids loved. The owner Shantelle was absolutely amazing. She was there every step of the way to make our vacation as perfect as can be. Every detail was covered. I cannot recommend this property enough. Within a couple days of being home we booked the next year."

We hosted our church girls camp here with 19 teenage girls. This property was perfect for us. The location and small walk to the beach was fantastic. We really enjoyed the balcony and the great view. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep, eat, hang out, shower and get ready. Loved the two kitchens and two living rooms. Gave us plenty of room to be altogether.

Shauntelle was a great host and was available by phone when needed for questions.

I would highly recommend staying here. It was a great week and we all had so much fun!!"

"To start, Shauntelle and Susan were great! Both very professional and responsive before and during my families trip! They both made my family feel welcome and comfortable.

My family rented the home on oceanfront and it was literally the best home in many ways. This house is amazing, and it is located in the prime area of Newport/Balboa near the Balboa pier. Everything is walking distance and there is tons of parking literally right in front of the house!

If you are looking for a beachfront property to rent for family gatherings or vacations do not pass this home up! It is very big with lots of space for entertainment. We are definitely going to make this home our go to spot for vacationing! "

"This summer I rented a beach house from shauntelle and I can not recommend a better place to spend a vacation.

The vacation house is located in the best area of the beach with an astonishing view while inside as well. The house is spacious and comfortable. I loved the kitchen being in the center of it all while having the view and balcony large enough to have the whole family have dinner together.

Shauntelle is the best, she made accommodations for it to be possible for me and my family to have this dream vacation. I cannot wait to go back again. I am a mother of five ranging from 8-24 years of age plus grandma. Each and every one of them said that it was by far the most memorable time of their life. This will definitely be a place to spend our vacation yearly if not more.

Shauntelle is awesome with personal attention seeing to every detail to make sure all aspects of your stay are adhered to. She strives to furnish the house elegantly with meticulous detail to assure your stay is of the highest caliber.

"My family stayed here for four days.It was suppose to be three days but we had so much fun we called and stayed another night lucky for us it was available. The house was very clean and comfortable very homy feeling. Shauntelle was amazing very nice and professional when we was booking she explained everything perfectly. Susan was out host who greeted us at the door she is such a nice lady nade us feel very welcomed. Susan gave us a bunch of ideas on things to do in the area and gave us a listing on great places to eat at nearby she answered all of our questions she made sure we didn't need anything and was always available when we needed her. I think this house is the best on the boardwalk its rite next door to the bike shop and ice cream parlor walking distance to everything. The beach is a 30 second walk from the house. My 4 year old loved everything that there was to do and see. We went whale watching and seen dolphins ,sea lions and a pelican the look on my kids faces was priceless.I cant wait to come back we will definitely be booking again. "Enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and comfortable. Shauntelle and Susan were a delight to work with. They were both available when you had questions or needs. I will be referring many family and friends to consider making this their priority for their family vacations. The location was terrific. Close to anything you would need and lots of entertainment. We had a car but never need to use it. We walked everywhere we needed to go. So much fun and so convenient. Will be visiting again!"

"We stayed at this Beautiful Newport Beach property 09/24/2020 for our Wedding weekend. Very clean, spacious and cozy home. First let me say the location was PERFECT! Short walking distance to all the local favorite spots that Newport Beach/Balboa area has to offer. Literally step from the ocean and Pier. The owner Shauntelle was absolutely wonderful and made booking easy and non stressful. Fast response times and detailed information provided. Upon check in we met with Susan (concierge). She was wonderful and made us feel so comfortable for our stay. We will definitely book this property again for our future stay. "

Thank you for a beautiful getaway on the beachfront Shauntel. The beach house was wonderful, everything we needed and more. We had 8 of our family and friends and with the house amenities, it was perfect.
The beachfront location was just beautiful! Step right on to the beach walk/bike path, beautiful people jogging, walking, saying "HI" biking by...very enjoyable. We walked to the beach and set up for the day at the water, walked back to the house and bbq'd hotdogs for lunch, then back to the beach. We walked on the pier and had breakfast at Ruby's. So many eateries, and kool coffee shops all within a block's walk. And of course the weather was perfect the whole time. Thank you again, can't wait until next time!"

"This was one of our absolute favorite vacations!! The location simply cannot be beat. I loved the bike shop next door where the owner gave us a great deal on week long rentals, and we cruised around all week up and down the boardwalk and over to the balboa Ferris wheel area. One day we took about a 10 minute drive to spend a few hours at Newport Dunes and played on the inflatable obstacle course in the water (sooooo fun for most ages!) Newport Dunes also has paddle boarding and boat rentals, so it’s a great way to spend a day. We had everything we needed within walking distance at the house. Shauntelle was very professional in getting us booked, and we appreciated her for her prompt responses and one on one attention. Susan kindly greeted us with a smile at our check-in and informed us of some of the popular places near by. I knew Susan was just a call away if we needed anything at the house. The house is well kept, clean, and plenty spacious. We are missing it already, and can’t wait to book again! "

"My Family & I had such a wonderful experience with CRV classic properties. The staff is truly amazing and made booking our family vacation at The beach house in Newport Beach such an easy process. We are truly satisfied with the service from start to finish, and we had a wonderful concierge Susan Who accommodated our every need. The beach house was stunning and State of the Art accommodations & a very clean & comfortable and relaxing environment. The location is perfect and you’re right in the mix of the boardwalk with wonderful dining all around you and a great assortment of different type of entertainment as well within a short walking distance.
My family enjoyed the fire pits off the beach that were steps away from our Beachhouse, and the fabulous sushi bar right around the corner. The pier you could see from our front door, and we enjoyed every aspect, great location. Everything was at our fingertips... we definitely will be booking again soon. Worth Every Penny for Priceless Memories. Thank you for making our family vacation such a success!

"We had a great time at 510 E Ocean in Newport. It’s a perfect location for both grandma and the kids. Close to everything. We always get bikes for the week from downstairs right on the corner. Very roomy inside and out on the patio. Enjoyed our stay! Thank you Shauntelle.

"What a great multi family vacation! Four couples and 10 children 5-15 yrs old. Plenty comfortable. Great upper level deck with wonderful ocean breeze and sunset view. Right on the boardwalk (great to bike). Super close to amenities of Balboa pier and an easy bike/walk/uber/trolley to Newport Pier amenities. We parked a suburban and a tahoe in the ally parking. Paid parking is suer easy access and available if many families are arriving via car. The beach access is ideal. Fire pits are very easy to secure as they are super close (wood available at bike shop next door as are bike rentals). Bike rental guys were great and easy to negotiate with. We rented 18 bikes and a pull behind for 130 for 24h (great deal!). We biked down to Newport pier and found some great spots. Try the Dory Deli...light fare...great cocktails and beer...best service on the beach..you will not be disappointed. The surf was up at the Balboa side and the shore break was pretty hefty. (08/2018)"
