"Practically Perfect
House is beautiful with amazing views!! Main pool was awesome and very clean. Workout room does the job but nothing fancy. Beaches had zero trash. Kitchen is well stocked and has both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. All the BBQ accessories are in the kitchen, the BBQ worked perfectly, and they have a replacement propane tank which most rentals do not have. Publix is a 5-minute drive from the house. If you bring multiple outfits/day for a week's stay you will need to bring/buy hangers or double/triple up. Also, bring bath soap, shampoo and conditioner as these are not provided. Lots of beach toys/chairs/towels and 3 bikes which we rode daily. We had no Wi-Fi issues, and the main TV worked fine (others had issues so the owners must have updated the Wi-Fi). The only complaints people had that were with us were the uncomfortable beds. The mattresses have depressions, and the twin bedroom beds (as others have noted) have noisy mattress covers. These mattresses were actually the most comfortable as they had no depressions. We did need to contact management for lightbulbs, a leak under the kitchen sink which did not allow for use of the dishwasher, non-working TV in game room and air conditioner vents did not work in the twin bedroom. We were told management would come the following day, but no one ever arrived. Since we were leaving the following day, we did not reach out again. Our stay was when most kids were back in school, so the condos were pretty empty. I don't know that I would select this property during high season as the beach access runs right next to the house. Overall, a wonderful home and had a great time!!"

"Incredible Views and Stay!
We had a great trip with 3 families and plenty of space to spread out in this gorgeous home. When the beach was too hot, the community pool was perfect. The elevator was a relief for the grandparents and the kids LOVED the surplus of beach toys. Thank you for such a well equipped home to create a perfect family vacation. "

"Great house, great location!
The house is situated with perfect sunrise views, easy access to the beach and pools, and plenty of space for larger families/groups. The main level provides great space for cooking, eating and lounging with amazing views and sounds of the ocean. The upper floor has 2 great bedrooms with privates baths. The bottom level has a great additional lounge area and bedroom. So nice to have bikes and beach gear provided. Make sure you bring all your toiletries (including hand soap) for the 4 bathrooms or you will have to buy nearby. We will definitely be back to this spot! Oh and watch for dolphins, armadillos and other wildlife from the deck!"

The property was clean and so spacious that 8 women staying there never had an issue for space. Our favorite part was sitting on the back deck watching the moon rise. This is a must stay property and we can't wait to visit again next year!"

"The perfect beach house!
We had an amazing time, the house was beautiful, updated and spacious and had everything we needed. Everyone loved the large patio with ocean views and such easy access to the beach. There were plenty of beds, beach towels, kitchen utensils, everything we needed. Our kids loved access to many options for kids shows and movies when we were taking breaks from the heat. Although the pool is a short walk, We rented a golf cart from a local company and I highly recommend it, it made going back and forth a breeze and you can also take it to Publix near by to pick up groceries, or just cruise around Ocean Hammock. The elevator was also very helpful for my parents. I would definitely recommend this house for a large group vacation!"

"Great place to vacation
We loved our stay here, the house is well appointed and very comfortable. The location is perfect and we loved spending time on the beach and the community pool. It was nice having an elevator to bring in groceries and luggage, it didn't work for us when we first got there and we called the property management who helped us figure it out - all of the doors for the elevator need to be closed. We would definitely stay here again and hoping to come back next year. "

"Christmas at the beach
Beautiful home with a fantastic location. There was plenty of room for the entire family to gather for the holidays. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware for a holiday dinner. The host provided plenty of beach chairs and toys to enjoy. Views were fantastic and the home is close to the club's heated pool. Highly recommend. "

"Day at the beach
Nice property with GREAT location. The home itself had a good layout and was well stocked with kitchen items. We found a lot of good restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the beaches were not crowded. Only negative would be the top floor ceiling appeared to have some water damage and a little bit of a musty smell."

Wonderful property right on the beach in a gorgeous community. This 5 bedroom had plenty of room with floor to high ceiling glass windows, balconies and plenty relaxing deck loungers , chairs and a table w/ a seating for 6. there were 2 community pools, one lake side w a restaurant and one beach side. "Family vacation..kids and grandkids
House is in great condition. Close to the pools and easy access to the beach. The only problem/ issue was not knowing in advance about the rocks in the ocean. It was very hard, impossible for my wife and some of the grandchildren to get in the ocean. We still had a great time but a warning about the rocks would be good. Saw several people get hurt beachside they didn’t know they were there or tried to crawl through them unsuccessfully."

"Great Week!
We had a fantastic week at Cinnamon Beach! This trip was connected to moving my daughter out of her dorm in Savannah, GA. Tough year for her - and the rest of us. A week at the beautiful home was just what we needed to relax and unwind. VERY well maintained, not at all cluttered (like many of the other homes that we've rented over the years). Super clean! "

-Beds were not comfortable, they request that you remove linens and start a wash before check out (while you still are paying for a cleaning fee, trying to pack up to leave on time for check out, very hard to do with toddlers and infants)

"Fantastic family vacation
The house was wonderful and suited the needs of all 10 of us. Beach was great and having easy beach access was a plus. The elevator was a life saver for the older folks. Pool was easily walk from house. The only negative was the grill was inoperable and with COVID we had planned on using it. Overall great family times, which we were most grateful for especially this year!"

"Great location loved it
Great spot and an easy walk to the beach. As other said, the beds Leave a lot to be desired. Many of the doors are hard to open and close; impossible for small kids. Master balcony door is nearly impossible to open, if it is closed and you are outside good luck getting back in.... don’t ask how I know. Beach chairs and grill were provided and great. Overall a nice place."

"Family Time
Our entire family (wife and I, 3 sons and their families) stayed in Cinnamon Beach for a week this summer at the Atlantic Star. All the amenities for a family vacation were there for the taking. Comfortable surroundings, close to the beach and pool, great weather, the food and service at the pool pavilion was excellent, and Cinnamon Beach Realty made sure are needs were met. Want to give a shout out to John Sullivan, the property manager, for his help in getting our vacation started."

"Great family vacation!
We had a wonderful time at this house. There were 11 of us and it accommodated us very well! We are a family who likes to cook, so we made good use of the kitchen and we couldn't have asked for a better view or access to the beach. We enjoyed the bikes, but just wish we could have used the grill. It was there, but was prohibited to use in the house info book. Scott and his team were great to work with and were prompt in answering our questions."

"Great for Family reunions and getaways
Beautiful beach home with terrific ocean views! The house was lovely. Very nicely furnished and the kitchen was very well stocked. There was an elevator, which came in very handy since we had 2 older members in our family who have difficulty with stairs. One thing I will mention is that the house advertises that it sleeps 12, but it really only sleeps 10. The pull out couch was broken and an air mattress was provided, but it was very flimsy (if we had known, we would have brought our own air mattress). Also, the quality of the mattresses overall was pretty poor. If the mattresses had been in better condition, I would have definitely given this place 5 stars. Also, I tried to call the management team to see if we could do an early check in. I left a message and tried to call several times, but no one ever returned my call. That said, I would definitely stay here again because the views and the location are so worth it. "

We have rented this house for three years now, (10 girls from high school) and we have never been disappointed! It is always clean, and everything is in good working order, and the kitchen is well stocked! It’s within walking distance to the pools, and the deck is amazing for watching the sun rise! The management company was easy to work with, and they were great at giving us ideas for restaurants and places to go! "

"One of our absolute favorite beach vacations!
This home was the perfect spot for our annual beach vacation. We have celebrated our friendship by spending time at the beach together for 30 years and this trip was pure bliss. The views were amazing (including the morning sunrise from the balcony) and we loved access to the two pools nearby. The Publix was nearby, and we cooked nearly every meal in the well appointed kitchen. We had four adults and 5 teenagers, and everyone had their space to relax and enjoy our time together. We loved Marineland and spending time in St. Augustine. We look forward to coming back!"

"Beautiful house, steps from the beach
This house is as beautiful as it looks. The walkway you see takes you straight to the beach. Each level has a bathroom which is nice.
The company is great to work with and is quickly responsive to any inquiry.
The stairs to the front door are pretty steep, so we came in from the garage most of the time. The kids liked the elevator, but the adults mainly used the stairs.
The one downside is that they have put large rocks in the surf which I assume is to combat erosion. They cause a HUGE problem getting into the ocean. If the tide is high you can't really see them. One member of my party broke their foot on the rocks. There is a couple of places you can get into the ocean without the rocks, so I suggest wait for low tide and find them."

"Perfection
This house lived up to the amazing pictures and then some. The spacious home gave our 4 families with young children plenty of room to spread out, play and even retreat to our own spaces when needed. Convenient access to pool and the beach was perfect. There really is no need to bring beach chairs or toys there was plenty already there and even multiple kitchen appliances! Next time we book this house we will just bring our swim suits and enjoy the house.
Property managers John and Scott were very helpful and friendly. Security is super tight and really took their job serious often times a 10 car pile up at the gate waiting to get in but small price to pay and made us feel safe.
Can't wait to book this house every year! "

The sofa bed was absoutley terrible, nothing but springs. Pillows were terrible. No pillows for the sofa bed. No blanket for the sofa bed.One bar stool was almost broken my husband tightened the screws. Can opener was broken we had to go buy one.Main disappointment was that the gas grill was out of gas which ruined our dinner. These things I listed above need to be taken care of. My friend who was on the sofa bed decided to go home because the bed was unexceptable."

"Fantastic House!
The house was fantastic with wonderful ocean views from the family room, kitchen and master bedroom. We had three couples and three singles and everyone fit perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked in breakfast and group dinners every night.
My only suggestion would be to the rental company. They sent us documentation ahead of time that wasn't accurate. They told us to bring beach towels but didn't tell us we would need to pick up extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. There were tons of beach towels in the house and it would have been nice to know when we stopped at the store on the way in that we would need to buy more of the basics.
Other than that it was a wonderful three day weekend and I would whole heartedly recommend this house. Perfect for groups of 9-10."

"Great vacation!
We loved our vacation at the Atlantic Star! Very relaxing! The house was just as it looked in the pictures. The property was very nice. The beach was not to crowded even with the condos next door. We were able to take a day trip to St Augustine (about 45 min away) which we thoroughly enjoyed. We mostly cooked in and used the convenient grill on the back deck. Publix is only a few miles away. The kitchen is big enough for us all to fit in and help out! We loved being on the back porch and seeing the beach or stargazing! I hope we will be able to return sometime soon!"

"Excellent Family Vacation
My husband and I selected this property for a family vacation with his two siblings/spouses, his parents, along with our children (10 guest in all). We had a fabulous time and hope to be back in the future.
The house was the perfect fit for our family. With bedrooms on all three floors there was some privacy and the ability to find a quiet space if needed. The rec room on the first floor was great for those who wanted to stay up late, and the foosball table was a big hit.
The kitchen had everything you could need - including a prep sink, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, spices, etc, as well as a gas grill on the lower level. The dining room table provides seating for 8, plus there are 4 stools at the island and a patio set for 4 on the balcony. Each bedroom had a flat screen TV with cable and wifi.
The main balcony offers gorgeous views of the ocean at any time of day. The small backyard was perfect when the kids wanted to run around a bit. And the path to the beach is just steps from the back door. The beach was beautiful - clean, open, plenty of space for walking, sunning, and for the kids to dig in the sand. The house includes beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, sand toys, etc. While the ocean water was ice-cold in February, the pool is just a block down the street and offered hours of fun for the kids and adults in our group.
Overall the entire group agreed the house was a perfect location and perfect fit for our group. We hope to be back again soon!"

A wonderful Getaway for (4) Couples to rejuvenate and refresh before jumping back onto the Family treadmill. Keep an eye out for all the bait fish---where there are schools of bait fish near the shore--larger fish aren't far away. Beaches were perfect...the usual rocks were covered by a surge of sand brought to the shore by Mother nature. We will be back! "

Extended family numbering 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic Star. The location was amazing. Out the back door and just steps to the beach. We loved the community pools as well. The home is right next to one of the condo buildings so it is louder than other homes we have stayed in the complex. And a new home was being constructed on the other side, so there was more noise overall than we were anticipating. The house itself was fantastic. The views were wonderful and everything was in good condition. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Atlantic Star
Our vacation was spectacular. I run a rather large real estate company and I can honestly say that from the beginning of the reservation to the end of the trip it was wonderful. Scott did a fantastic job and the list of spots to see was perfect.
I could go on and on about the facilities but suffice it to say that it was perfect. If there was anything I would add to maybe consider about the home would simply be to get better nonstick cookware (save you money in the long run) and a better can opener. Pretty cool that is all I would add to look into...
Now as far as the guy that owns the bar at the pool. Lets just say that if there was any reason that we would not come back again it would be him. He was incredibly rude each day despite efforts to have a conversation... The final straw was when we found out we were ordering drinks thinking we were getting what we ordered only to find out it was not real alcohol but a wine mixture. Wouldn't be the end of the world if it was told up front and we weren't paying "alcohol" prices such as $8 for a drink.
My suggestions would be to simply add a couple things to the kitchen and to do everything within your power to cancel the contract for the "pool NAZI"!"
