As of late January 2024, the "C" Tower pool and the lazy river under the "C" Tower are closed for an undetermined amount of time due to repairs. Also, the indoor pool amenities are closed until further notice. This verbiage will be removed from the listing once repairs are finalized.

"Comfortable and GREAT View
Overall, we loved our experience. This was a well overdue vacation for my girlfriend and I. We loved being able to see the ocean from our bedroom. Aside from being a little dusty, the room was really clean. The one thing I ask of North Beach is to have someone remove the extra tiles and painting supplies from the unit. May also want to fix the hole in the bottom of the bedroom closet. Also, may want to remove the dishwasher tabs from the initial set up since there isn't a dishwasher."

"16th floor Myrtle Beach rental
While one of the night was chilly we put the heat on which triggered the smoke alarm twice. Calling the rental number which was on the paperwork- told us it was just the dust burning off - they told us open doors and it would clear it up . That did not work fire alrm went off again. So we shut it off and just went without heat . If there were scattered rugs the tile floor would not have been so cold . The couch is extremely uncomfortable- that is where you were to watch TV - and it was too uncomfortable to sit at all . Other than that everything was great . "

"Broken A/C
If you want to stay at a unit with no working A/C in the summer then this is the one for you. You contact the rental company and they blame you for the problem instead of fixing it. After multiple trips from the rental company and various HVAC workers, it was nice to be told by the repairman that there’s nothing they could do to fix the unit. No explanations from the rental company. Will NOT use this company or facility again. "

"Disappointed
First impression was the smell of mold in lobby and unprofessional staff. Our room was not cleaned - lots of sand on floor, bathroom counters were not cleaned as well as the kitchen, paint supplies in cupboards alongside pots and pans, paint damage to walls, all cupboards and drawers were disgusting, furniture was dirty and damaged as well, water damage on ceiling, walls have never been cleaned - also damaged, vents were full of dust, lights and smoke detector were not properly installed and finally, shower would not drain and mold in wall crease of shower. "

"Very Needed Rest
I have stayed at Beach Cove previously. Very nice place to stay, but definitely needed another occasional chair in the room. I bought a lawn chair for another seat. Location is great, staff were all friendly, good balcony view, comfortable beds....not luxury, but good.

"Security breach
Upon check in my family realized that the deadbolt lock connecting to the adjacent unit was broken in half, therefore at any point in time the neighbor staying in the connecting unit could have entered my unit. I contacted the property management to advise of the broken deadbolt lock and was advised that a maintenance person would come to fix the lock same day. I contacted the property management 4 times during my stay due to the lock never being fixed, one successful call plus 3 voicemails. The lock was never fixed and I never received a call back from the 3 voicemails which I had left regarding the lock. This is unacceptable for my personal security and my family(security breach), anyone could have entered my room at any given time during my stay from the connecting unit. Completely unprofessional while renting out a unit to a family!"

"Beach Cove Resort
It started out ruff. Due to traffic we arrived later than expected so we had to use the code to receive our code to get into the unit. The instructions need to be clearer so we would not have needed to call the emergency number to get into the room. They were very quick to fix the towel bar that had been broken before we arrived. Only one working elevator sometimes meant we would have to wait for 20 minutes."

"Overall great place
Views were amazing! Room was clean. Access to beach was convenient. Resort dining, bar area was seriously understaffed (apparently this is true to the whole area at this time), so long wait for service. We ran out of toilet paper during our stay and the resort housekeeping would not give us any, said we were separate from their services because it was manged by vrbo. That was disappointing and aggravating! Overall great time, would stay again, and bring my own toilet paper��"

"Beach Cove 1615 Oceanfront Penthouse Condo Windy Hill Section
Tristan with North Beach Realty was helpful with microwave operation instructions as there were none in the condo. No electric oven big or small. PassCode front door lock worked intermittently. Kitchen TV became unusable 1 hour before VT football game. Ray @North Beach Realty returned my call for service but delivered no help or assistance. Was able to gerry-rig the bedroom remote which was broken to view the football game via the bedroom TV late in the first half. Ate my supper off the bed. I left a day early thoroughly disgusted. Spoiled vacation. Pathetic.

"North Myrtle Beach Vacation
The property provided the perfect oceanfront view and access to the Beach. The only mishap was the bathroom was not clean. There was hair in both of the double sinks, and dust was around the tub which had long strands of hair in it as well. I did notify the rental office, however I took it upon myself to clean it before calling them."

"Beach Cove- Family Place!
Nice relaxing vacation! Condo was as advertised-updated, comfortable. The building was in decent shape with the exception of the pool tiles- mussing everywhere! I realize that it's rather small thing but it really does distract! On a very positive note, the food at the inside bar was awesome! Very positive surprise, not your normal hotel food but more fresh seafood would be welcomed.Your on the beach after all! Staff were very nice but the front desk would get swamped at times and more luggage carts are a must! Many families with little ones were there but that is to be expected with the amenities. So, if you are looking for a quiet mellow romantic place, this isn't for you. But it is a nice place with great stuff for families!"

"Very nice property
View is amazing from the top floor. The unit was extremely clean. There was a wedding on the beach right below us. We enjoyed gathering shells on the beach. The pool area was also a nice place to relax in the late afternoon. Went to Georgetown one day for a Lighthouse and Shelling Tour. Lasts about 4 hours. About 30 people on the boat. It was a bargain. I think it was $35. All in all this is a good place to stay."
