This unique home is simply stunning! Bel Sol is a Luxury Tuscan style home located in the upscale gated community of St. Tropez., a low density community with only 29 homes. Very quiet and private and the tropical pool is only about 25 steps from your backdoor! It includes deeded beach access & is located in the heart of Miramar Beach. This home's oversized balcony off the kitchen and den overlooks the stunning tropical lagoon style pool and hot tub and is surrounded by lush landscaping.

Everything about this home is high end including the gourmet kitchen which has granite counter tops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and gas stove.

As you enter the home, you will find 2 bedrooms on the first level each with their very own en-suite bath with stand up shower, one queen bedroom and one bunk bedroom with two bunks one twin over twin and one double over double. There's also a convenient laundry room, and backdoor leading towards the paved walkway directly to the pool.

Ascending the spiral staircase to the second floor you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed, a walk in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and oversized garden tub. This bathroom also features a TV! There is also a half bath at the top of the stairs just off the den on this level.

The second floor is the living and entertainment floor with an open living room, dining room, and an upgraded chefs dream kitchen. The gourmet kitchen features a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Dacor gas stove and a brand new dishwasher. The sliding glass doors open to the expansive balcony featuring outdoor seating for 6 people and a natural gas grill. This floor also features wrap around windows so you can see the gorgeous pool, or keep up with family and friends while you cook or relax.

This home is just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and dining. Once you stay at Bel Sol, you will want to come back again and again.

"Wonderful Home for Beach Vacation
The home was a great fit for our family of 5 and 2 small dogs. The small community it is located in is just across the street to the private beach access. It was a flat, easy walk the was, at most, a block and a half from our front door and took 5 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed using the lovely, never crowded, community pool, located right off the back yard. . The large lanai style balcony overlooked the pool. It was a peaceful, lovely setting for relaxing and for enjoying family meals. There was ample space for our 3 young-adult and teenage children to sleep comfortably-each had their own bed. The house was clean and well maintained. The neighbor eas convenient to restaurants, retail, groceries, and entertainment, yet was a nice, tranquil community. We would certainly stay here again. "

"Interesting start with this property
The location of the property was great. We came later at night and no lights to find the door to property. The landscaping in the front needs work, almost looked like no one had stayed in awhile. Came here with older parent and the spiral staircase to the living room/master/kitchen is a challenge. No blinds on the door that exits to the outside back patio. And A HUGE DEAL the 1st floor bunk room. Seemed weird beds pushed against a set of doors—THEY DON’T LOCK!! So basically anyone had access to sleeping people. Nice pool."

"Just completed our stay at Bel Sol & loved it. Oct 4-15, 2022
Initial concerns from a few bad reviews, were soon erased, this is a great vacation place!
The property is about 12 years old, but nothing we noticed or experienced affected our safety or enjoyment. It is beautiful, inside & out, and was especially clean & adequately furnished. The balcony overlooks the pool area, which is gorgeous with a large hot tub for cooler days. Our weather was mid 80s, pool was cool but not too cold for swimming. Sound didn’t travel between balconies, probably because of the many landscaping trees, some of which had dead fronds hanging down, but those did not distract from our view. Front door lock is great & easy, no keys to carry. Floor layouts are as described. Stairs are easy, with several landings. Master bed is comfortable, and shower has glass front across the back of the tub, it’s large and open. The kitchen is pretty, the main room is comfortable. We stayed on the balcony most of the time. A wall of windows across the back allows inside viewing of the pool area. Note: the wall of windows is of large sliding doors which slide into each other but have been altered so only doors from dining area to balcony open, close & lock; a good idea in my book. To open all would probably wreak havoc on today’s air conditioner systems. Baths, kitchen & floors are tiled throughout, except the master, with a vinyl wood plank floor. Sub Zero refrigerator & ice maker worked great; the only ice maker that’s worked on any of our rentals. The Dacor gas stove, microwave, dish washer & big gas grill also worked great. TVs and Wi-Fi worked great.
For the 4 of us, available items (glasses, towels, etc.) were fine. A/C worked great & plenty of hot water. Location is excellent. Close to beach, which was just beautiful. While we were there, ocean was colorful and calm. Many families on beach, but not packed.
Would we stay there again? You bet! Working on that as I’m writing this review. Hope your stay at "

"Great location & property; unit and grounds couples use some work
This property is in a great location. This particular unit could use some much needed maintenance. One of the sliders did not have a handle on the door so it was useless. The ice maker never made ice while we were there. They need to upgrade and provide more wine glasses and other type of glasses as there were hardly any in the place. As far as the grounds around the condo, the palm trees are disgusting and need to have the dead limbs cut out of them all. When you sit on the deck to look down over the pool below, your view is blocked by a huge bunch of dead tree limbs that were on the tree right off our deck. There was no pool maintenance as far as I could see, the drains ere clogged with debris, and it was not at all good. The grounds need to be seriously cleaned up throughout. It looks like the condo board is dropping the ball for sure. Choose a different unit not this one. "

"Miramar Beach Vacation
House is in a great location. Close to Winn Dixie(steams shrimp to go) and restaurants. Walk to the beach across the street. We preferred to drive early in the morning to Henderson Beach State Park a few minutes down the road because we had a lot of stuff we took to the beach with us. Tents, chairs, cooler for food and drinks plus boogie boards. Parking was close and it had bathrooms plus showers to wash the sand off. House has 18 steps up to kitchen/main floor. We got our steps and cardio. Worked off the Parlor Donuts. Clean home. Needs hangers for clothing & extra hooks in the bathrooms for towels. Upstairs main bathroom tile floor in shower needs some attention. Noticed some water around main floor bedroom window. Needs a little TLC. Met the home owners associate president. He was very nice and helped with putting out the trash cans during our stay. Since garbage pick up is at 530 am twice a week. Enjoyed the pool at the house. Be sure to bring extra towels. Since there is a washer & dryer on site. No need to bring extra clothing. Buy what you need at the Winn Dixie and be sure to sign up for Winn Dixie discount card. We relaxed at the beach, learned to surf, went fishing, glow in the dark putt putt, escape room and of course shopping."

"2 weeks at Bel Sol
Overall, disappointing; however location and community pool were strong positives. EVERYTHING else (very poor condition of home, furnishings, and decor, lacking in cleanliness and basic maintenance, lack of basic kitchen utensils and dishes, etc.) did not warrant the price, nor represent the property/agency well. This was our second vacation here. Unfortunately, there will not be a third unless homeowners and HOA ("gated" yet gate didn't close once during 2 week stay) invest in a much needed make over."

"St.Tropez Vacation
House was clean given the little time they had to clean it. We did appreciate the prompt attention given us the afternoon we checked in. We were a little nervous checking in as we had not received any codes until 4 o’clock that day. Actually only the beach gate code. We also were happy to have extra towels. Things that need attention are: bulbs in bedroom and bath, an extra blanket or two as it was cold that week, had trouble locking front door from outside and no one answers phone number on contract. "

Beautiful home, beautiful complex, well maintained, super easy checkin/check out, and quick on responding to all inquiries! Would book the place again!
My only wish is for a pool heater. The water was ice cold and not enjoyable. The hot tub was fantastic though so we used that as the “pool”. "

"Fantastic home for your family vacation
Bel Sol was a great home! We loved that this house was family friendly and pet friendly! The house overlooked the pool and that was probably one of our favorite features because we were able to watch our kids from the balcony while we cooked dinner! (We have older kids by the way) we were able to rent a golf cart and it was a quick stroll across the street to the beach access! Would recommend staying to anyone! "
