This cozy 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is perfect for a small family but can accommodate up to 10 with 1 king bed in the master, 1 full in the 2nd bedroom, 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa. All new furniture (bedrooms, living room & dining room) delivered Feb. 2022!!

This is a 3rd floor unit (sorry, no elevator) with 2 oceanfront balconies. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 4 TV's and Washer/Dryer. Condo features everything that you could need to enjoy your time at the beach.

Nautical Watch is located in the "Family Friendly" Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach so you are close to all the major attractions without being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. This property offers a street side outdoor pool, 2 sundecks, outside showers, grill facilities, on-site parking and free wifi. There is NO elevator.

If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Great location, lots of little things that impacted vacation
I first just want to say the location is a great spot, the beach is amazing and right outside the backdoor. However we were delayed at check-in because the unit was still being cleaned. Once we arrived the unit was turned over however there was a lot of sand on the floor, visible dirt on the fan blades and the place could have used some additional cleaning. We were also without tv and internet until the third day of our stay. Some may not think this is important but with 3 kids this is crucial for our morning and evenings. The company did credit us for the inconvenience ($20) however it did not seem quite appropiate for what we were missing during our morning breakfast without the news and nightly winddown. The fridge was also having issues and maintenance came unfortunately they were not able to fix the problem during our stay. We understand things happen however it was frustrating for our first 3 days, and the compensation back seemed like we went thru more issues than what was reimbursed. "

"Not as expected
In our party we had 4 adult and 3 kids. This condo states it has 3 bedrooms. The bedroom downstairs with 2 double beds which comfortably fit our kids. The 2 bedrooms upstairs was a mess. Once you get upstairs, you have to go through one bedroom to get into the Master bedroom or the bathroom. This was horrible when you are sharing with another couple. There were some things that went wrong but we were compensated for the mess of bathroom water we walked into our first day. Also, we did not have internet the whole week we were there. This is not a unit I would ever go back to. "

"This Condo is not worth the money!
Condition run down and not clean. The only good thing about this condo is location to beach. If you care about cleanliness and up to date furnishings keep scrolling. Had to go get cleaning supplies to use to even stay there the first night. Furniture also disgusting and not clean. Rental office sent clean linens the next day. I sent pics of everything including mold on the vents. Was told I would get a partial refund at end of stay. Only got cleaning fee deducted. So if you stay there deal with only VRBO because the property management company will promise and not follow through. I sent pics of everything and it did no good. They are aware of the problems but choose to just deduct cleaning fee and never deal with issues at hand. "

"Unpleasant experience
View was fantastic ! Everything else that was described online about the place, was very disappointing and made for a very unpleasant stay. Broken appliances etc. "

"Great view, that’s about it!!!
We walked in expecting a clean house. Nope, the tables, floors, pretty much everything was dirty. It smelled like a musty odor, which they have bags that are supposed to help hanging everywhere and laying on top of the fridge. The ice maker doesn’t work. Everything is very outdated. There’s about 3 spoons, 2 knives, pots and pans are garbage. I honestly felt like we were in a hostile. The air only worked half the time. We will never stay in that place or any place owned by north beach if this is how they are kept. We spent a lot of money, and deserved a lot more."

"Surprised upon entry
Overall, the condition of the rental was ok. Started off with quite the surprise when I walked in and noticed large hole/damage in one of the walls. As I looked around, noticed huge gouges/scrapes in another wall along w/a broken sliding glass door handle and handle on the refrigerator that was about ready to fall off. Given these noticeable issues, I double-checked the smoke detectors and found that two were not working/very old. North Beach Realty quickly sent a maintenance person who took pictures of the damaged walls, replaced two smoke detectors, and replaced the broken handle on the sliding glass door, repaired the handle on the refrigerator - not sure how long this will last as the handle started to come loose again toward the end of our stay. The following day noticed the exhaust fans in both bathrooms were not functioning - maintenance ordered new motors and replaced a couple days later. Wi-fi was extremely slow which was an issue since I was working remotely for part of our stay. This property has beautiful views on the main and upper decks - it's time for a remodel and upgrade to the Wi-Fi and this place could be a gem! Thanks to North Beach Realty for their quick response to the issues and to maintenance guy Raymond for his patience working through the "punch list" to make our stay as comfortable as possible. "

"Great location, but needs updates!
The amazing views and comfy beds are the best things about this unit. It is a rental that has been beat to death. Structural repairs are needed, utensils and pots and pans need replacing-they are either missing or in horrible shape. The cleaning crew does the minimum, while the realtor charges the maximum. We also found a Bong on the balcony, fortunately before the children discovered it. It was a holiday weekend and the offices were closed, but when I reported everything at check out, no compensations were offered, yet the fees charged were higher than the 3 nights rental cost, so they have wiggle room. I was very disappointed in this rental property."

"Good Space for a Budget Friendly Trip
Overall, our stay went well. There were a few things that needed attention when we first arrived so I would just double check everything to make sure it's good to go before settling in, especially the beds. But otherwise, being close to the beach was great! Having two balconies was nice so our group had the space to enjoy the view. The WiFi didn't really work but out mobile signal was fine plus we were mostly out. Kitchen was nice and spacious. I would come back here. "
