The place was nice overall but the bathroom is tired and in need of and update and also an adult size toilet would be nice. Kitchen cookware and coffee pot could use replacing and the soap dispenser in the dishwasher is broken."

"crowded week.
The property was in great shape. very clean condo.. Terrific loaction.. Only downside to the week was it was fall break for some states and the beach was overcrowded.. There was way to many beach umbrella setup's.. Other than that, graet stay.. I would go again , perhaps in the off season!!"

"Blake and Whitney's Trip
It was an awesome trip. We enjoyed every moment of it. The condo was super nice and kept up to date. They even supplied us with two beach chairs and an umbrella that's stored in the closet near the kitchen. It had a balcony facing the beach which was awesome. The views where beautiful. Customer service was very professional and nice. I would highly recommend this condo for a future trip. They also supplied us with one ticket per day to a certain selection of amenities in the surrounding area via xplorie. It was an amazing experience and so nice of them to supply you with those experiences if you choose to do them. The only complaint that we had was that there wasn't enough trash bags for the kitchen and bathroom supplied along with enough toilet paper and paper towels for eight days for two people."

We were very disappointed with this rental compared to others we have rented at Beachside II. Two rolls of toilet tissue, fitted sheets did not fit, bugs, no Kleenex, no clock in bedroom, shower extremely dangerous because of no mat (slick),so disappointed!! "

"Wonderful location
We chose this rental based upon it's location on the beachfront with a balcony and that did not disappoint. We were steps from the beach and when not physically on the beach, we enjoyed watching and hearing the waves from our balcony. This location is hard to beat. The condo was well stocked with anything we could have needed. The rental company was great to work with. The condo was clean and pleasant, however could use just a bit of TLC in a few spots. Nothing major, just cosmetic. The condo public areas in the lobby and near elevators were also beginning to show their age a bit, but were clean. The pool area was nice and well maintained. Since location is our number one priority when coming to Miramar Beach, we were very pleased and would not hesitate to return to this unit."

"Golf Outting with Friends
My wife and I were in Destin for a annual golf outting with friends. We have stayed in Beachside II on 3 previous occasions. Unit 4245 was clean however the overall condition of the unit was not up to the standard we have experienced previously in other units. Plumbing could use work. One channel, that we watch most, on the living room TV did not work. Sliding door very difficult to unlock. I left a note with several items at the office. In my recommendation, I recommend Beachside II but not this unit."

Vacation was great! Gibson rentals could not have been more friendly or helpful!
I have stayed at Beachside many times. For the price I expect a lot of nicer finishings. this is a bare bones condo. Don't get me wrong , everything was clean and in good condition( the mattress could be replaced).
the furniture and rug were very rudimentary."
