Relax at the beach at this 2 bedroom lower unit just one home from the sand! The location on the corner of 43rd Street is walking distance to shops, restaurants, the grocery store and the Newport Pier - about a mile away. This rental features a spacious patio, views and is steps to the sand!
LIVING & DINING
The roomy tiled living area has two black leather sofas, coffee table and a TV. Seat six at the dining room table. Two additional bar stools at the kitchen counter are great for snacks or meals on the run. The kitchen has a dishwasher, dual sink and plenty of cabinet and counter space. Sliding glass doors from the living room open out onto a spacious patio table.
BED & BATH
The master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath, the second bedroom, two twins and is adjacent to the hall bath. The washer/dryer is in the bathroom.

Exploring the Peninsula by bicycle or on foot is easy via the boardwalk. The Newport Pier area is a short bike ride from the rental, with dozens of shops and local eateries. The Dory Fleet Fish Market has been offering freshly caught fish since 1891, Seaside Donuts cranks out donuts 24/7. Many visitors can’t wait to return to Charlie’s Chili on McFadden Square – a “don’t miss” breakfast spot for many. Dory Deli has terrific food morning, noon and night - plus unbeatable people watching! Fly ‘n’ Fish and 21 Ocean Front offer more upscale dining.
The Peninsula’s only grocery store and dozens of shops and eateries are all just a short walk away. Gina’s has pizza and pasta for the entire family, Hook and Anchor serves up terrific fresh fish and lobster. The new Lido Marina Village boasts high end shopping and dining within walking distance as well as electric boat rentals. If it becomes necessary to cancel your vacation, a notice of cancellation is required via email, fax and/or mail. Every effort via customary marketing will be made to fill the canceled leased period. A refund will be issued if the property is re-rented minus a 15% cancellation fee of the total rental rate. If your leased period is re-rented for a lesser amount, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. If you have purchased travel insurance, please refer to their guidelines regarding coverage on cancellations.
