This 2BR / 1 Den/ 2.5BA townhouse is located just a short stroll from the quaint seaside village of Corona Del Mar featuring a variety of cafe's, specialty shops, boutiques, and restaurants. The beach access to "Little Corona" is a pretty steep trail and is not suitable for everyone. The beautiful Corona Del Mar main beach with its breath-taking views of the Pacific and Catalina Island along Ocean Blvd. is also within walking distance.

About the house: This townhouse was recently completely remodeled with all new hardwood floors throughout the home, custom molding, brand new upgraded stainless steel appliances in the gourmet kitchen, marble counter-tops, a kitchen island, and new cabinetry. A new fresh coat of paint on the interior as well the exterior with some nice finishing touches throughout the house. The bathrooms have also been completely remodeled with new custom tile, showers, shower heads, sinks and faucets. All place settings, cookware, and kitchen accessories are included for you to prepare your favorite meals in this beautiful kitchen. All of the furnishings in the living room, dining room, and bedrooms has also been recently purchased for this lovely vacation home. There is an outdoor patio complete with nice patio furniture and an outdoor gas BBQ grill. A/C is available but not usually needed in this seaside community of Corona del Mar. All place settings, cookware, and kitchen accessories are included for you to prepare your favorite meals in this beautiful kitchen. There is Wi-Fi available throughout the house and front patio.

The spacious and nicely appointed master bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, fireplace, a full updated bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, closet space, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the 3rd bedroom was an office / den converted to a bedroom. It also has a queen-sized bed. You need to know that this room does not have a door and is in an open setting. Linens and towels are all included.

Cancellations. Cancellations must be made in writing, either via fax or email, no cancellations by phone are allowed. Upon cancellation, refund of any deposits held by NBVP shall be granted only if the home is re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent the home once notification of cancellation has been made; therefore it is in the guest’s best interest to notify us of a cancellation as soon as possible. If the Occupant cancels the rental, the Occupant shall forfeit all rental deposits held by NBVP as liquidated damages for the Owner, unless the rental premises are re-let for the same rental period. Then a portion of the deposits may be refunded to the Occupants as follows: (1) a 15% (of the total rent due from the 1st page of this contract) reservation cancellation fee shall be deducted; (2) loss of rental income, if any, for the rental period shall be deducted from the deposits. [Example: house rental rate of $1,000 with a $500.00 deposit being held, which is re-let for $900.00 for the rental period, results in a $250.00 refund of the deposit. From the $500.00 deposit, deductions of $100.00 (loss of rental income) and $150.00 (cancellation fee) are taken resulting in a total refund of $250.00]. If you have purchased travel insurance, please refer to their guidelines regarding coverage on cancellations. There will be no refunds for early departure.
