Tremendous furnishings accentuate the open floor plan augmented by tile flooring, beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and flat screen televisions. WHAT TO BRING

We provide you with an initial supply of bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, bath soap, dish detergent, single use dishwasher detergent and single use laundry soap. You may want to bring additional supplies with you or plan to purchase when you arrive. We do not provide hair dryers, beach chairs, or beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented for your stay. We will be happy to refer you to the company that provides this service. Towels and bed linens are provided but we request that these linens not be taken to the beach. If the property has a gas grill, the propane tanks can be changed out by bringing the empty tank to our office.

OTHER

Based upon owner approval, RVs may be parked at properties with driveways large enough to accommodate such. However, RVs can only be parked, but NOT hooked up at the property.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in is 5:00 PM. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your property for your vacation. During the summer and on busy days year around, an early check-in is not possible. Please come to our office at 27 Via De Luna Dr. to get your keys.

Check-out is 10:00AM. Please be respectful of that time as we need to prepare the property for the next guest. All keys need to be returned to our office when you leave. Please do not leave keys in the property.

OFFICE HOURS / LATE ARRIVAL

Fall / Winter (Labor Day through January): Monday through Saturday 8 AM – 6 PM; Sunday 11-5 PM
Spring / Summer (February to Labor Day): Monday through Saturday 8 AM – 8 PM; Sunday 11-5 PM

If you’re arriving after our office is closed, please call for directions for our Late Arrival procedures. Your balance must be paid in full and all of your paper work must be signed and returned to our office before we can arrange for a late check-in.

DIRECTIONS

If you are using a GPS, please put in 27 Via De Luna Dr., Gulf Breeze, FL 32561, as we share a zip code with the city of Gulf Breeze. Using Pensacola Beach will bring you to the far side of Pensacola. When you come over the toll bridge, go straight through the stop light. Our office is ½ mile on the left in the one-level shopping strip. We are the first office on the corner and The Native Café restaurant and the Dog House Deli are also in the shopping strip. There is a brightly colored corrugated tin roof over the shops.
