The beach is only known by the locals because it is at the end of a one mile road off the main road on the island. There are only 6 houses on this beach with a vary small neighborhood which make up the Moloa'a Bay Community.
You will feel right at home and from the moment you walk in the front door, there’s a spectacular view of the bay, through the dining room and living room and the master bedroom. Even when you’re in the back of the house or in the bathrooms you can view the ocean. The sound of the ocean fill every room and give you the best night sleep that you ever have had.
From anywhere in the house, you can access the beach within a few seconds. You can also watch the kids playing on the beach while sitting in the comfort of the house. The property is fully fenced with an 8’ fence surrounding the outside perimeter of the property and encloses a completely Hawaiian landscape and garden which includes local stones, papayas, bananas, mint, basil, pineapples, herb garden, mangoes, and more.
