As you enter this 4-bedroom, 3-bath, 2-story, 2200 sq. ft. home, you will be enchanted by the whimsical flavor of an era gone by. Vintage accessories, graphic wall hangings, cool orange and aqua furniture, and wood paneled built-ins, set the tone for this mid-century-vibe vacation pad.
Flooded with natural light – given the lot’s orientation - a flowing great room’s living room greets you with a fireplace, a large flat screen TV, and amazing views of the bay. A lounge area - complete with foosball table, party lights, retro bar, and cocktail station - will add a flair to any gathering. Slider access from this area makes indoor/outdoor living easy.
An inside dining area and an outside dining table - accompanied by a barbecue, makes it easy for everyone to eat together. A thoroughly maintained kitchen, with vintage touches, has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires – just add the food and the camaraderie and have fun!
The upstairs master king bedroom has a balcony with bay views . A 2nd bedroom upstairs – a queen – also has a balcony with comfortable seating. The 3rd bedroom upstairs, accessed through a door in the garage and up a flight of stairs – also a queen – has a private bay view balcony with seating. The final bedroom is located on the 1st level and is also a queen bedroom.
There is a hall guest bathroom on both the upstairs and downstairs levels. The downstairs bath has a walk-in shower, and the upstairs bath has a shower/tub combo. This home comfortably sleeps 8 in beds, and an additional 2 with the full sized futon in the master bedroom.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, WIFI and cable, and 2 garage parking space. Garage dimensions are 88” high and 180” wide.

There is no street parking in front of this home between May 15 and September 15 of each year. You will receive a citation if you park in front of this house during those dates.
THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!
-It is on the bay (Channel) with a private dock so it will be easy to explore the harbor from the water.
-It has a large bay view backyard patio with a barbecue so meals anytime will be a great treat when using this well-designed space.
-The dock in the back yard is a great place to swim and fish and the beach is within walking distance about 2 blocks or a ½ mile.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
-No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – NO EXCEPTIONS!
-Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
-This home has 1 bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs so it may not be suitable for everyone.
-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
-Cleaning Fees – SeaBreeze only uses legal housekeeping services that are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances required by law.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
