One of the best priced values at the beach, this comfortable upstairs southeast -facing 2-bedroom, 1-bath, 1-story 700 sq. ft. condo with peek bay views with 1 off-street parking spot, also has a balcony with a barbecue, chairs, and a dining table where you can sip morning coffee, an evening libation, or dine al fresco as you wish.
The living room area has a comfortable seating cluster and a large 50” flat screen TV that can provide relaxing entertainment between the many adventures of your vacation.

A well-equipped kitchen, with a table that seats 4, makes it easy to create meals and snacks when desired. In the event that “eating out” sounds perfect, there are lots of restaurants within walking distance from which to choose.
There are 2-bedrooms – one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and a small flat screen TV - that share a full bath with a shower/tub combination. With a full sofa bed in the living room this home comfortably sleeps 4 in beds, 6 maximum with the sofa bed.

All bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. There is also a ceiling fan in each room for your comfort - making it easy to keep the ocean breezes flowing inside as well.
Additional amenities include a coin operated washer and dryer, WIFI and cable, and 1 off street parking space which will not accommodate a long car as other cars will be passing through.

This quintessential beach area has a great vibe that beautifully blends the past and the present. Come enjoy this little slice of paradise – you will be glad you did. It is the perfect setting for really experiencing “life at the beach”. Its excellent central location also makes it easy to walk to shops, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores - making everything super easy.

It is both a great value and location – a short drive to many of the greater San Diego area’s world-class attractions such as SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and many more.

It is the perfect place to truly enjoy easy indoor/outdoor living on the beautiful Mission Bay with the Pacific Ocean just a couple of blocks away. Rentals for various water sports are also available with an easy walking distance.

This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning.

There are 12 stairs to this 2nd floor unit, so it may not be appropriate for everyone.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

SeaBreeze only uses professional cleaning companies that provide a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.

-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).

-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.

-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.

Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.

The cancellation of a reservation with stay dates immediately impacted by state-issued travel restrictions and/or those impacted by a state-initiated regression in the re-opening phases will result in a credit of the full value of payments made to be used in the next 12 months.
