This unit needs a deep clean! It is very dirty and filled with previous renters unwanted beach things. One bedroom has no dresser, twin bedroom was filled with so much extra bedding and pillows that there was no hanging space and only a small lingerie dresser. No sheets available for the pull out bed/couch on the bottom level. Outlet in living room didn’t have an electrical plate. Tv remote had a piece of tape securing the batteries. Thick dust on light fixtures, bed and side tables and bathroom walls and vents.. Furniture not returned to placement in photos and when moved, food and dirt left on floor. Leather chairs uncomfortable, unable to closed bathroom doors with rugs on the floor. Pool area has bricks needing fixed, was a tripping hazard and a family member twisted her ankle. Property manager responded and was helpful and found us alternative accommodations."

"Dirty, Old, Poorly Equipped
This unit is in a great location, but it was the worst unit we have ever stayed in (especially for the price). The unit was dirty...puzzle pieces on the middle of the living room rug told me it was not vacuumed. Spilled water on the kitchen floor resulted in a black paper towel. There were no amenities stocking the unit...literally no toilet paper (not even a roll on the dispenser; we had to run to Piggly Wiggly before we could use the restroom), paper towels, facial tissues, soap, shampoo, or trash bags. The only thing there were two dishwasher tabs. No dresser in the master bedroom. No TV in the queen room. A stain (blood? poop?) on the master bedroom light switch. The unit was outdated, ill-equipped and dirty. Do not stay here."

"Nice Family Getaway
The villa was a great place to stay for our vacation. A few small things could have been better. Some light bulbs were out and the lighting in the kitchen area around the table could be a little brighter. The sofa sleeper was on the middle level and it would have been nicer on the lower level like it was last time we stayed at this villa a few years ago. There was not an iron or board in the villa and some small fans would have been nice in the bedrooms for some "white noise". Extra garbage bags would also be nice. I'm being pretty picky but overall the villa was awesome and we are very happy with our stay. The location was perfect to the beach and the circle either walking or biking. Thank you for a wonderful vacation week at a great property. "

"TLC Needed
Great location. Condo is outdated and in need of some general maintenance. Mattresses are heavily worn and very uncomfortable. Living room sofa has a sway like an old horse. Pool water was cloudy at times and poolside trash cans were overflowing and not emptied all week."

"Enjoyable Four Days
Our time in Beach Villa 13 was enjoyable and the location was excellent with the beach just a short walk away. My only complaints would be that the downstairs bedroom was frigid and the kitchen sink faucet handle kept falling off. Otherwise, it was great."

Enjoyed the villa. Plenty of room for family of 6. Furniture in main living room is a little old and cushions are very worn. Some lightbulbs are out and some outlets don't work but did enjoy the pool area and walk to beach is close. Seashore was great to work with. Will stay at Beach Villas again"

"Seashore Vacations - great management company
Great stay in HH. Condo was very convenient to the pool and beach. Good layout with 2 livingrooms. We had 6 adults and a baby and never felt on top of each other. Fully equipped kitchen, clean, extra beach chairs and boogey boards. Furnishing were tired and could definitely be updated. Some electrical outlets were broken.
Seashore Vacations was great to work with. Good, friendly. communication from booking to checkout. Our coffee pot broke mid week and they immediately brought us a new one in the box.

"Great beach place for a family!

"Staycation
Great Location being able to walk out to the beach! Our family did a staycation & we were very pleased with the townhome. The only issue we had was the AC on the upper levels had a hard time cooling down during the day. We kept the blinds closed during the day since we were out and about which helped a lot! This would not detour us from staying here again though. We really enjoyed our time! "

"Hilton Head vacation
The villa was just the right size for 6 adults. Very reasonably priced. Loved the short path walk to the beach. Nice deck and patio with plenty of room for all of us. Just about 1/2 mile walk to Coligny village via beach or street sidewalk.
Property management staff was great...had trouble with one of tv’s, and they sent someone right over.
Furnishings were somewhat old, but comfy. Could use a bureau in lower level sitting room to accommodate guests using adjoining bedroom,

Great location! Great units and pool beach walking distance. Very secluded and not crowded. The road can get a little loud in morning if staying in condo by road. This is an issue with all condos running along that road though. Only noticed in morning."

We had a great time! The condo was nice and provided all the items needed for our stay. The shower in the one bedroom leaked water all over the floor every time we used it. Somebody may want to fix that. The ice maker was not turned on when we got there and it took us a couple days to figure out what was wrong. Otherwise it was a great place to stay."

Good time, like the condo. First time in BV 13, but 11th time in this group of condos.
Nice place, clean.
Visited this time with small grandkids...could have used some additional pots and pans. We ate in more than going out....
Showers are awesome....Seashore Vacation staff was very helpful and office is easy to get to.
Still loving HHI."

"Unsatisfactory
The unit had several issues with the ceiling fan and dryer not working. Tripped breakers. The unit was unclean upon check-in ~ opened food left in refrigerator and cabinets. Sharp object (cigar cutter) left in drawer within reach of a toddler. Floors dirty with coffee stain, sand in bathrooms. Dusty tables and lamps as well as uncleaned air vents. I have stayed at HH Beach Villas for 10 years. I have never had these issues. I will not choose to rent from Seashore Vacations in the future. "

We have been coming to Hilton Head and staying at HH Beach Villas now for over 25 years. Our family has rented 7 different Villas and have found them all to be great. BV13 was no exception. We felt like we were at home...and that is a difficult thing to accomplish in vacation rentals."

Very nice stay. The pool made the otherwise cool week of April 3 thru 11 nice for kids. I enjoyed my son and mines shared birthday April 5 together. Comfortable amenities. I w9ukd like to return again in warmer temps to get the full enjoyment of the area. Maybe a return discount? Hey gotta ask."

"Beautifully updated condo!
My family and I were visiting HH for a family reunion. All of the condos we visited were very nice, but none were nearly as nice as ours. The condo was very comfortable, easy to get to, and had plenty of room for our three kids. If we are in the area again we plan to definitely stay at the Beach Villas!"

However, we had some plumbing problems - shower drain clogged - just needed to be plunged, no water pressure in one bathroom sink, dusty in some areas. nothing too bad. will stay here again in the future for sure."

"Nice Place
Very nice place. Loved the decor of the lower level and main level. The upstairs could use an update.
Kitchen had plenty of silverware, pots/pans and dishes. Loved the beachy decor. Bathrooms did not have any electrical outlets in upstairs bathrooms. Outlets in lower level did not work. The pool was nice, but closed the first couple days we were there.
Overall, we were very happy. Property management staff were very nice and helpful.

"A Fun Week Was Had By All!
Our party of eight enjoyed our stay so much. The condo floorplan was perfect with just a little distance from the kid's area downstairs and the adults upstairs, with the living room and kitchen on the middle floor. Also, a forgotten DVD was thankfully returned to us by Seashore Vacations via mail. Very impressive. Thanks"
