This beautifully decorated 1st floor unit can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 King in the 2nd bedroom, 1 Queen in bedroom 3, 2 Doubles in bedroom 4 and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room.

Enjoy this spacious unit and all that it has to offer from the large oceanfront balcony off of the living room and master bedroom to the newly updated kitchen with all new stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The master bath offers both a stand up shower as well as a jacuzzi tub to enjoy after a day on the beach. "Review of Beach Club 1 1F
The condo was roomy, comfortable, updated and the balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean. Sadly the pool was closed for two days which was something we really missed since I looked specifically for a location with a pool. I know there are times when this can't be helped, but it was still kind of lousy. There were a few issues. The cleaning was not top notch. There was quite a mold issue going on in the Master Bath shower which could have been taken care of with bleach and scrubbing. The tile floor in the Master Bathroom looked like it had been awhile since it had been mopped. The sliding glass doors and the glass wall in the family room had not been cleaned. There was fingerprints and smudges on the doors and inside glass. The dishwasher's top rack was broken which we reported. It was usable, but rather hard to pull out and in time will totally break. Overall the property was very nice."

"Perfect oceanfront condo!
The condo was clean, spacious, and the view was amazing. It was roomy for our large group, we were never cramped when we were stuck inside from the rain. Kitchen was well stocked and had a lot of storage for a weeks worth of meals. Entrance to condo was large and had plenty of space for our beach stuff to go. Highly recommend."

Simply beautiful!! This was my first time using this type of property . The check-in staff was courteous and professional !!(ALWAYS A PLUS). "Descent stay
Overall quiet and beautiful area. We stayed here for our wedding. The rental was nice. Plenty of dishes, large table, most beds ok, easy access to beach. The master bedroom ironically had issues. Trash behind the nightstands, a gross stained up chair by the bed, rusted toilet tissue holder, and the bed was like sleeping on a cutting board. You have to get your checkin done down the road which was a bit of a pain. Overall i would book with north beach again, just not with this condo."

"Beach Club I 1F Review - not clean or updated
We have been staying at this property for over 25 years and typically love our stay, but this year was disappointing. We love the location and the unit itself, but the kitchen supplies are so very limited. New pots and pans are needed along with silverware. All of the kitchen supplies are exactly the same as they were 25 years ago; including the broom and mop in the closet. No dustpan or brush either. As for cleanliness, the unity was fitly. The floors were not cleaned at all. Our feet were BLACK within minutes. I have photos. A contact lens was found in a bathroom, candy wrappers on the floor, and crumbs everywhere. The GFCII outlet in the kitchen was broken and broken glass on the kitchen floor. There was also glass found at the bottom of the pool and my son cut his foot on it. We found several more pieces of glass in the pool. "

The rental was filthy! It was in a nice area and a large condo! The condo did need some updating! The reality company wasn’t at all helpful! Reality company aren’t concerned about the renters like the owners are! Will only rent from an owner from now on! I’ve been renting through VRBO and this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience!"

"Great place for a large family!
We stayed here with my sister-in-law and her family, 10 people total. It was perfect for our needs! Happy how large it was and that it was right there on the beach. Clean, comfortable, kitchen stocked with dishes and glasses and pots and pans and all you need, just bring your own spices and bring a dish towel and sponge and dish soap and hand soap and paper towels and trash bags. "
